Picked up a Rattler TS19-256 for $750. as a 1st thermal scope and very impressed with this entry level model. Got it on my suppressed M&P 15-22. Deadly oit to 150 yds!
Thank you, guys. I know you love your ADM mounts. I'm certain my zero moved when I used my scope to scan. I would recommend everyone get a dedicated scanner and a scope that you leave mounted. With the price of these tools, you need both to go out and have some fun to keep your sanity these days. I literally would get a cheaper truck than to go without both scanner and scope. The one thing that really surprised me was when I used the LRF on my AGM. I had a hog looking at me, and it bolted. I had no idea they could see the lazer emitted by the range finder.???
Yes sir we agree, a handheld is definitely by far the best way to scan. We’ve done a couple podcasts on the topic. We’ve never heard of an animal running from the LRF? Not saying it’s not possible but it’s the first time we’ve ever heard of that after all these years? Strange for sure! Thank you for watching!
I managed to find a new Iray Tube 25 384 recently for $1200 a few weeks ago and super happy with it for the price. Just not alot of videos or info out there on it. The 35 is alot more popular
I thought about that optic maybe I made the right choice picking up something else. The Rix haven’t been out that long. Hopefully you can get it fixed.
@TheLateNightVisionShow I noticed that you guys no longer carry Bering brand optics on the website anymore. When I got my hogster vibe from you I was very happy. Now I have a friend who is interested in getting a scope and I was wondering why you no longer carry them?
Bering came onto the thermal scene and made huge waves, putting the competition on their heels. As the competing brands have responded with new, greatly improved and less expensive optics, Bering has remained silent with essentially no new models. While their scopes were cutting edge several years ago, the technology has greatly improved and prices dropped and they’ve slowed faded off into the sunset. This doesn’t mean they couldn’t release some new optics and get back in the game but at this point it doesn’t seem likely. We have nothing at all against Bering, but our job is to remove all emotion and make decisions on what we sell and recommend based on what brands and what optics we believe to offer the most reliability, image quality, features and bang for the buck. We appreciate your business and your referrals. Have your friend call us and we’ll be happy to help him choose the best optic for his needs.
That was an early design issue and it was fixed before the Pro model came out and the APS 5 battery had changes made to it too. No issues in a very long time.
We do not believe Pard offers an optic that is competitive in the market and is worth choosing over all the other very established and trust brands here in the US. If things change in the future we will consider them but at this point they are not a brand we can reccomend to our customers. Thanks for watching.
Thank you! Unfriendly sub $2000 would only be 4 optics and 2 of those are sub-entry level in our opinion. But if prices keep dropping it might happen next year!

Maybe it wasn't the LRF. I've been a bit scared to use it. I would like to think you would know. 👍

All of the brands listed on this show offer a 5 year warranty.

Did Pulsar ever fix the battery firment issue on their xq35?
