The title is prob a bit confusing because he refers to the counter as a "check hook" because he "checks" the punch on his lead forearm then counters with the lead hook...(as opposed to a check hook that most of the world thinks of when they hear that term - which Brad also made a video on). My favorite fighter right there! Easily the cleanest most educated striker in the LW division. Shame the Gregor fight fell apart, hope to see you back in there soon champ! Would also love if you could make a video about working the body more consistently in MMA. Guys like Yan and Fiziev throw body kicks often and hardly ever get caught/countered

I was just looking for this yesterday, crazy. By the way, have you thought about going through the stepping back/side step/check rear hand? Stipe had a beautiful one when he KOed Werdum, Conor obviously against Aldo. Seems like a bit more of an annoying footwork mechanic to get right, would love to get your input Mr. Brad
