Oh hell yeah, I love kinetic blast. Highly recommend checking out a Thunderfist 5L for clear if you've found one then rockingthe 6L for single target barrage. I haven't played much necropolis but it seems perfect for making attacking wands.
Is it just personal preference that you didnt level this with a tabula + goldrim? I personally hate the natural leveling process and always full twink level but I was surprised you didnt use any leveling uniques at all
I prefer to level new builds without twink gear to demonstrate how the build progresses in a league start scenario should anyone wish to level something similar on a league start.
I graveyard crafted everything so all of my gear is pretty insane, but the piece that really makes it work is the chest with 4K armour allowing me to get enough armor to mitigate nearly everything, and the chaos res perandus pact jewel helped massively

He likes to roll new characters only using the boots, and ssf'ing the rest until act 10, then he starts dipping into his stash.
