Should of been done back when CNY still had money.

@Todd Relyea: Not only that, but if all turns out well as planned, this would also mark I-81’s first ever business route in existence.

They should reroute I-81 to I-481, I-690 and back to I-81.

Hope that New York will change its exit numbers to a mileage based system on rest of the interstate highways in the state of New York by the year 2030 as target date. They did it on I-84 recently, I-99, I-187, and I-781 within the state. They are working for the change of exit numbers along I-86, I-81, I-87, I-90, I-95, and two future interstates and they are I-92, and I-98. Currently, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and even Connecticut will change its exit numbers to a mileage based system on all interstate, US, and state highways by the year 2025 to 2030. Delaware, New Hampshire, and Vermont are the only states will keep the old sequential exit numbers as they are. They will also change the street light fixtures from Sodium Vapor to LED lights throughout Syracuse New York. I forgot about I-88 in New York and it is connected between I-81 in Binghamton to I-87 & I-90 in Albany, and it eventually change its exit numbers to a mileage based system. Sorry for the inconvenience.
