Those of you knocking David Coverdale, take his perspective in for a second: he’s been touring since the 70’s and is a lot older than his band (generally speaking). Not to mention. He’s a legend who’s earned his privacy. He probably has a star bus, with a dedicated back bedroom. After the gig, he relaxes, rests his voice and gets a good nite sleep with his partner etc. He’s partied more in the 70’s and 80’’s than these guys all put together and at this point, he just wants privacy, comfort and sleep. I don’t blame him.
100% don't blame him either. Whitesnake tours with three buses (to my knowledge). One for David, the second for the rest of the band, and the third is for crew.

Do you guys pull over when there’s bad weather like a severe thunderstorms or a major snowstorm? Because goin through bad weather on a tour bus can have some sort of an impact. I could be wrong
Once you’ve watched 3 or 4 of these Bus Invader videos you realise bands use exactly the same company to hire their tour buses and they’re exactly the same. They have a TV, some DVDs, some diet Red Bull in the fridge, bottled water under the couch, a coffee machine, 6 bunks and a couple of junk bunks. Nobody uses the back lounge except the occasional promoter.
We've always said that it's more about what the band brings and stores on the bus, than the bus itself. We do our best to get bands to open up and talk about how the use the bus and what they bring onto it. This way, each video has a different behind-the-scenes element pertaining to each band.
@@Jimboy1611 Nah lol, that costs quite a lot of money. They'd probably rather pay their day to day normal bills, ya know, like when they aren't touring .. Some bands might own their own actual bus. But you'd have to be built of $$$ ..
What you say it's correct, but I still like the content. Especially episodes with bands that don't use a big bus but just their regular car, those are the best! (Like the Jared Dines one)

All things considered - in hindsight , after enduring the absolute SHIT in music trends from the 90's , early 2K's to now , I'd say Winger , their music & videos is head & shoulders above most of that SHIT. Metallica , has a lot they should be embarassed about as well up to this point. Playing the "tough guy" role for so long , then it all came crumbling down w/the documentary etc ... - just goes to show you can be your own worst enemy ......
