- Hello friends! I hope you are all doing well and thriving in life. I've got an exciting video for you guys today. This is a highly requested video, that I've finally been able to film! Today, I will be doing an Amazon wig haul where I'll be reviewing three of their pieces!!!! That was fun. On my budget inexpensive wigs are the only option. I particularly enjoyed this video because the styles were varied. One had full on bangs. One had curtain bangs (a new expression for me). And one was regular. I am partial to bangs so that was my fave.

Thank-you! I recently found your channel while researching Canadian wigs and beginners info. This video helped me make my 1st wig purchase and I ordered the last wig in the video plus 2 more from the same company. I'm blown away from how nice they are. Thanks for coaching me through my 1st step. I've been shaving my head for over 10 years and don't mind doing that. My teenage daughter recently asked me to try growing out my hair so she could see me with hair. My thinning hair is a medical issue and probably not helped by hereditary baldness. Wigs are a better option and seem more fun.

I think you look adorable in the second wig with the fringe of bangs, although I also love the color of the third wig.
You know, I just have to tell you that it was encouraging to me to watch you trying on these wigs. I am 67 and I am only now trying out wigs after losing so much hair to illness and then medications. I've been painfully self conscious for decades about my receding hairline and the sparseness of my hair. It's to the point that I look at family photos and if there's a light overhead, I actually look like I have no hair.
It's been such a boost to my self-esteem since I started wearing wigs. Up until now, I covered up my lack of hair with hats -- all kinds of wonderful, fun, funky, vintage and stylish hats. I will still enjoy my hats, especially all my straw hats in the summer. BUT now I am enjoying choosing a look every morning and walking out the door feeling pretty darn cute.
I've bought Amazon wigs for less than $50 and more expensive synthetic wigs from HSN and honestly, I don't know if I lucked out, but there's not a whole lot of difference with the less costly wigs. The one I get the most compliments on from friends was $35, from Amazon.
I've been really open about wearing wigs. I shared photos on Facebook when I was trying out different wigs and so my friends got to participate in my adventure.
I think the best experience I had wearing a wig was when I had a really pretty "bling" pin in my "hair" and a cashier complimented me on the pin. Clearly she couldn't tell I was wearing a wig.
I wish we could share photos here. The one I have for my TH-cam profile is from a few years ago and doesn't really show the hair loss. I need to update it with a photo with me wearing one of my wigs -- which I name, by the way. The 2 that get the most compliments are my "Meg Ryan" and my "Helen Mirren" wigs.

I bought one of there wigs the other day and I'm really excited to try it I've never used a wig before, I have short hair and I haven't had short hair since I was 12 and now I'm 17 so I don't really remember what it's like having long hair and if I'll like it on myself. I'm planning on fixing up the part.

you probably already did it by now but ... I wouldn't cut the bangs on the last one. I'd try heat on a small section under the back... use a flat iron and see if it holds up on lowest setting... if it does then use the iron to sweep the bangs back. i think i'm gonna buy that wig. its so pretty! :o

I know right! I was very surprised. I think it would to a certain extent but not fully. Just do to how the cap is made:(

I bought a velvet "gripper" -- looks like a headband. It does a great job of holding my wigs in place, and without wearing a wig cap, so my head doesn't get sweaty. You can strategically bobby pin your wig to the band at the sides for extra security if you like. People who shave their heads because their hair is so sparse also use things like double-sided wig tape to keep their wig securely in place. You can probably find some good videos on how to secure a wig here on TH-cam. Also, as she mentions in the video, there are tabs on the inside of most wigs -- they look something like the tabs on bra straps - that you can use to make sure your wig is tight enough. I hope I'm not telling you a bunch of stuff you already know, but I thought I'd try to help.

Haircube is one of the worst wig companies I've dealt with. I didn't go through Amazon, i went through their own website. I bought 3. Of them you could clearly see the wefts around the side of the bangs, and the other one was slightly better, but began snagging and tangling after one wear. Oh well, live and learn. Maybe I'll keep them for cosplay

"Let's be honest." Please do. The front of that wig is horrible. Hair cube shouldn't do wigs without fringe. No mention of how well the cap is covered, going to assume uf the wind blows you'll see the cap. This "review" is why I really hate sponsored videos.
Hey there thank you from your comment. Hair cube is very much your going to get what you pay for. Unfortunately you won’t be able to have a fully natural lace wig when paying 20$, its simply not feasible. But there is work you can do to make it more natural. I bought 2 of these wigs with my own money and haircube sent me one to try out. This video is not sponsored by any means. I wanted to do this video.

You bought one that you said you were "actually interested in." You were given 2 wigs to review, and you didn't even touch on some topics that people would be interested in, like if the hair is so thin you would see the cap if the wind blows. People in my situation really just want honesty and a bit of direction. Sadly we're getting less than honest reviews so youtubers can keep getting free shit.

I started this platform in the hopes of helping women find their perfect wig and support them throughout the process. As I was that little girl, feeling so intimidated by the wig wig world, being consumed with false advertisement. I hope you can understand where I’m coming from.
@@IrkallaC you want an honest review of a 20$ wig? Of course it won’t be great. You simply cannot make an amazing quality wig for that price. But some people can’t afford anything more expensive so I believe she was just trying to be positive because I have also seen many worse 20$ wigs than these. And sponsored is very different than being gifted something. She wasn’t being payed at all. She was getting the wigs no matter what she said about them so why would she lie? Especially when she has many nice lace human hair wigs, so do you think she’s really trying to lie to get more free 20$ wigs? Why spread hate on the internet just because someone has different opinions from you.
