My personal opinion: i feel like taec and jessica really dated in the past, not sure if they are still going out or not tho :o) They just seem perfect for each other.... and Taec seems to like girls who speak gd eng haha (fany is not included cuz he knows he can't mess with his bro's girl xd)
they are really close because i read somewhere that taec and sica went out together with khun and tiff. another reason could be that all of them are from America so it's easy for them to be comfortable with each other. it's normal for friends to go out but since they're kpop idols that's why most of the people give a different meaning when they see them (only the two of them) in public. and they were caught not only once. maybe they were dating but it can also be that they were just hanging out.
