Just need some context, as without it it is hard to say he's cheating. Honestly, When I open doors especially in troll cave, i always move back and get ready/charge spell. cancel it when nothing happens
Never fight clerics if you can help it they are broken at the moment but they also counter rogue really hard with the melee slows and tick damage reduction. For fighters I use rupture and poison build to stack them down.

Usually people use thrust and weak point. I don't understand how you 4 tap a cleric. How do you deal with fighters?
