Hello sir
I cleared Ibps po pre, but in that month my father had a heart attack, he is fine now, but after this everything just changed I'm not able to concentrate I Just don't know what is happening with me I'm not even able to solve a simplification question,
My mains exam is on 5th and I'm not prepared for the exam, I know that I will fail in this exam
And my sbi po was on 1st November in this i cried the whole day aur ye bekar ho gya
Now I am completely helpless
I don't know what to do 😭😭

Hey I was going through the same situation during my clerk mains. My exam got messed up and I am frustrated since then. I learned something from that, you have to be strong in some particular moments. Sometimes we can't control our thoughts it's ok. Take rest everything will be fine.
Whatever you already studied revise it.
