    While this one is a *little" advanced for me, I love how your videos are helpful at any level! I've listened a few times now and understand a little more every time. 🙃

    Visto yo Los Tres Chifladas en vivo al Bronx.
    Tenia 3 anos de edad. Eran en el Theatro RKO Chester. Los primeros ‘Famosos’ he visto en mi vida.

    Wow, your method is awesome. I started with an easier one and worked myself up to this one. On the second take of the story, I found myself stop translating it in my head yet understanding the gist of the story.
    I have to add that I am not beginner, but not at all on a level like this, so thank you!! Muchísimas gracias! Jaja:)

    Julio, hi, Jane here, (again, lol) sorry to keep asking questions, but you're a very good teacher and I appreciate what you do for those of us who are/have been trying to master Spanish for many years.
    My question is do you have any lessons on where Predicative adjectives needing to agree with the nouns they modify in gender and number. That's the other issue I have with my Spanish speaking, masc & fem agreeing with????
    Thanks Julio

    I'm trying to figure out the word that comes after, "esta tratando encontrada a su ??? Maranaraja??? What's that word?

    • @SpanishLikeaPro
      @SpanishLikeaPro  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      "media naranja", literally "half orange". The true meaning is "soulmate". :)

    • @JaneCooper190072

      @SpanishLikeaPro Ohhhh, ok, so it's like a slang word for soul-mate?
      Cause when I tried it on Google translate it literally said, half of an orange, I thought nooo that can't be right, lol, thank you Julio

      I tried putting, "media naranja " I guess that was close enough to show me "half orange "

    disfrute este video! solo no comprendi la frase sobre el pelo o 'pulling one's leg'

    • @SpanishLikeaPro
      @SpanishLikeaPro  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hola Michael. Como tú sabes, en inglés se usa la frase "to pull one's leg" con la idea burlarse de alguien o hacerle una broma a alguien: That can't be true. You are pulling my leg!
      En español, la frase equivalente es "tomar el pelo":
      No, eso no puede ser cierto. Me estás tomando el pelo. :)

    Y sus amigos no dejan , (what's the next word for atop teasing him ?
    Ok, I think I got it.
    le tomaron el pelo, they teased him .
