Rule 4 of gun safety is 'Know your target AND what is beyond it.' Those range officers at the West Virginia match created an unsafe condition by letting shooters pour lead into a fog bank trying to find targets.
Like the channel, but due to Cheaper than Dirt price gouging on when ever we are hit with adversity, I wouldn't buy a box of poop from them. Even if it was free shipping.
That foggy stage is total bullshit. They can't be serious by making the morning shooters take that stage and then shut it down without giving a reshoot to the morning stagers. That director is an asshole too when it's plain as day that the fog was a serious issue to a point that they shut down the stage.
If a shooter chose to shot in those conditions that's theyre fault, I shot multi gun, idpa, uspsa and steel challenge and I'm a rso at an outdoor range, I theres a situation I can't see the targets I wont shoot for the simple fact "be sure of.yoir targets and what's beyond" and if you can't see you can't be sure
I wouldn't have given Clint a reshot he CHOOSE to shot that stage even though he couldn't see the targets and that goes against 1 of the 4 rules of gun safety"be sure of your target and what's beyond" and if he can't see the target how can he be sure, I'm a rso at a outdoor range and if fog rules in you can't see a target at 100 yds we shut down until you can
summary of the entire episode: dont go to Europe to shoot a match. what utter nonsense, first unfair ammo restrictions, then completely ridiculous match fixing with that fog BS
Clint is the ultimate DUDE

Clint is correct they should have ended the match. utterly ridiculous
He chose to shot that stage even though he couldn't see the targets that'd on him and then he starts to complain because of his own choice
How can yo let shooters run a match when you can't see?
