I’d spend all my money on choosing the standard avengers…these kid avengers will ruin the mcu as we know it and will all fail. I hope they stick with the x-men, fantastic 4, spider-man, and all the other normal non kid avengers.
I really enjoy what they are doing with the Young Avengers, introducing them little by little and giving the fans time to get to know them before the big team up. They will probably tone them down a little bit though, some of them are really OP. And I'm really excited to see Wiccan and Hulkling together, they're just such a cute couple.
Peter would actually be perfect for the role of leader of the young avengers, especially if the whole thing was based on them learning to control their powers, cause he went through a similar thing at a similar age, because when he first got his spidey powers, he wasn’t the best at controlling them, so he could help the other kids learn and develop, whilst having that experience and knowledge to a certain degree, of having to learn to control your powers. This would mean that whilst he couldn’t help them with the way theor powers work, he could help them be prepared to develop these powers into fully powerful powers on the mental side, and would help deal with any stress or pressure that they are presented with in this journey. They could change his origin story, give him different skrull/kree parents or they could make his adoptive mom from the comics his real mom. I would think they will bring him in since they are very obviously building up the young avengers team, we could get an answer in The Marvels or Secret Invasion.

@@cbr I agree with this, Spider-Man’s first two movies are him very dependent on people like Tony and Happy, and the villains in those first two movies were really Tony Stark villains, in a way, because Mysterio was really against Tony Stark and was just using Peter to get his crazy sunglasses and Vulture was trying to steal from Tony Stark when Spider-Man intervenes and stops him. I think with No Way Home, the villains will specifically be going after Peter, and Peter will learn a lot about being an independent hero and become more mature and learn how to potentially be a leader after all the fights and trauma he’s gone through already in Civil War, Homecoming, Infinity War, Endgame, and Far From Home

She could get the powers back but I think part of the reason they did that was to let her age up in universe to match the actor, since she'd be maturing between movies. I think including her would be kinda lame IMO, since her plot was finally being able to grow up but being in young avengers would mean she didn't achieve that. UNLESS she would be like some leader from the base or something. Even then I don't think it fits well, part of her character was that she was a thousand years old being in the body of a child, so she never fit well with people visibly her own age. Perhaps you can argue being released from immortality allows her to enjoy being a child...but I don't know about that. Perhaps college age or something but living for 1000s of years I don't think a person would be fully invested in something like High School.

What was said about Riri and Peter got me thinking a bit about Morgan and that even though Peter really never got to meet her but when she joined the team she would like the baby of he team and everyone would treat her as so. But Peter and potentially Riri (and Harley maybe because everyone wants him to be part of the team) but mostly Peter know she is much more powerful than that but always makes sure she is safe because she was the last thing Tony left behind. Then eventually maybe gets a big part in the inevitable two-part episode because it just happens in to many TV shows.
They’ve actually already done young avengers in a Spider-Man animated series which was really good. Spider-Man was the leader of a small group of other heroes, that included iron fist and Luke cage (they were teenagers in this). But in the third season they added many more new characters like cloak and dagger. It be pretty cool to see this concept and some of the characters in that series in actual movies. It also had Miles Morales, which of course everyone wants to see him on the big screen.
Before I watch the video, I’m gonna guess: Wiccan and Speed, Kate Bishop, and Stature/Stinger are the only original young avengers already in the mcu. I would say Hulkling, as you cant really have Wiccan without Hulkling, but I don’t really know how that would work. Iron Lad is certainly a possibility, and it would be really interesting to see him as a Kang variant. And I don’t think Patriot would be too much of a stretch, although maybe the controversy of Isaiah Bradley would be too much, so they could change that a bit. (Edit: I hadnt seen TFATWS as of writing this comment so I know Bradley is already in the mcu now ok) But of course, we gotta add some new MCU charm to it, so maybe Ironheart or Spider-Man or someone like that. TBH, I cant really see Kid Loki on a team though.
Disliking this video that was made obviously by someone who didn't read the young avengers comics, Eli lied about his grandfather's blood transfusion because he was taking black market drugs that give people super soldier powers temporarily, like a modified version of the serum on Falcon and Winter soldier. Eli gets harmed when he tries to hero up without the drugs, and then his lie comes into fruition when his grandfather comes to the rescue and donates blood for his transfusion. This made me hold back tears!
No, they don't have to introduce them in one movie, they can give each one of them different projects (or a pair of them) different projects to introduce them and then bring them all together with a good xter development/ arc like we did with the phase 1 to 3. They could pair Wiccan with Thor, and Kid Loki in one project, pair Hulkling with Miles Morales and America Chavez in another project, build on Kate Bishop and Yelena in another project and then finally weave all of them together.
Take Spiderman off the list and that's what my pick would be. White Vision has Vision's memories, so he knows how to work as a team. Who's saying he can't MANAGE one? Based on the ending of No Way Home, it'd be appropriate for Spiderman to have no part in the Young Avengers until his 6th movie. We all know Venom is ending up as the villian for the 4th movie, and it wouldn't hurt to see Spiderman fight off Hobgoblin and train Miles Morales or Gwen Stacy in the 5th movie. And let him crossover with the Young Avengers against Kingpin. It's just my opinion, but seems like a really fitting plot for the next 3 Spiderman movies.
If they use Wiccan and not Hulkling and won't do their romance storyline, I'm throwing hands. Also Demiurge Wiccan is one of the most powerful characters in the whole Marvel universe so I hope they don't nerf him. He's more powerful than even Wanda.
Now I imagine in a different dimensional realm (Loki) has a son, and I imagine his son looks similar to him when he was once at a very young age. I also can imagine that in another different dimensional in it exists a clone of LOKI himself, and I imagine that the clone was made out of mere guilt when a friend of (KING ODIN) had failed to protect the original LOKI who was a teenager when he had gotten killed.
Peter being the leader is a theory I have had ever since endgame. He would be a mentor to Morgan (a brother too) and maybe miles as well. {Also, give me a ship name for morgan and miles (starkles? Morark? Migan?), cuz they would be great together} He can also be the tech guy, like, He deserves to be the tech guy for his intelligence and all. All the loss he has gone through, he will surely be the workaholic one who barely sleeps and has panic attacks. And as endgame taught us that even the Avengers will die one day. Spidey's death too will be something self sacrificial cuz he is known for his selflessness.
I think it would be cool for Morgan Stark to be iron heart with Peter as the leader of the young avengers seeing how much Peter and Tony had "farther son" like relation ship Peter would kind of be like an older brother to Morgan I would just love to see this duo
Young Avengers will be either animated OR, have "teenagers" you can't run a franchise with people who haven't finished puberty since you'll see massive changes between seasons. Likely they will find actors who look young but are actually finished puberty (like they did with Spiderman)

i love it that you mention IRON LAD rather than someone new who will take the mantle of IRON MAN, especially a girl. Morgan Stark deserves it, but I don't think she should continue the Iron Man. Rather, MCU should prep her up as Iron Maiden, working with Iron Lad, Rescue (Pepper Pot's), and War Machine. I prefer that kid from Iron Man 3 (I think). he's inclined to engineering and inventing stuff, and tony's his hero, also he attended tony's funeral so that means he also made personal connection with the stark family, and from there a story can be made where as an adult he joined the Stark Industries and soon created his own armor as he misses his hero and started to love the family, especially Morgan from a lovers point of view. hehehe...

Another minor thing I would like to add is that Wanda and Peitro were only 18 in Age of Ultron and since a version of Vision might join the team in one way or another maybe she (along with spidy of course) helps connect them to the original Avengers after she gets over the greed of losing her husband again and now her children, and what ever is going to happen in Dr Strange 2.
Iron lad would be a great villain since if he is given tech from an older kang that he can’t control he could not want to be evil but consistently be tempted by his power

The team line-up should ideally mirror the initial comics run, meaning Kate, Cassie, Eli, Teddy, Tomy, Billy, Vision and Nate aka Iron Lad.
Loki season 2 is definitely an opportunity to introduce Iron lad

The last 2 I would talk about would be Shuri(Black Panther 2) who's proably Peter Parker's age. And Morgan Stark(Iron Girl?), but she's kind of young.
What was said about Riri and Peter got me thinking a bit about Morgan and that even though Peter really never got to meet her but when she joined the team she would like the baby of he team and everyone would treat her as so. But Peter and potentially Riri (and Harley maybe because everyone wants him to be part of the team) but mostly Peter know she is much more powerful than that but always makes sure she is safe because she was the last thing Tony left behind. Then eventually maybe gets a big part in the inevitable two-part episode because it just happens in to many TV shows.

now that everyone forgot who Peter is, he's probably not a part of the Avengers anymore
The white Vision as a leader sounds EXACTLY like Young Justice
They’ve actually already done young avengers in a Spider-Man animated series which was really good. Spider-Man was the leader of a small group of other heroes, that included iron fist and Luke cage (they were teenagers in this). But in the third season they added many more new characters like cloak and dagger. It be pretty cool to see this concept and some of the characters in that series in actual movies. It also had Miles Morales, which of course everyone wants to see him on the big screen.
Before I watch the video, I’m gonna guess:
Wiccan and Speed, Kate Bishop, and Stature/Stinger are the only original young avengers already in the mcu. I would say Hulkling, as you cant really have Wiccan without Hulkling, but I don’t really know how that would work. Iron Lad is certainly a possibility, and it would be really interesting to see him as a Kang variant. And I don’t think Patriot would be too much of a stretch, although maybe the controversy of Isaiah Bradley would be too much, so they could change that a bit. (Edit: I hadnt seen TFATWS as of writing this comment so I know Bradley is already in the mcu now ok) But of course, we gotta add some new MCU charm to it, so maybe Ironheart or Spider-Man or someone like that. TBH, I cant really see Kid Loki on a team though.

Disliking this video that was made obviously by someone who didn't read the young avengers comics, Eli lied about his grandfather's blood transfusion because he was taking black market drugs that give people super soldier powers temporarily, like a modified version of the serum on Falcon and Winter soldier. Eli gets harmed when he tries to hero up without the drugs, and then his lie comes into fruition when his grandfather comes to the rescue and donates blood for his transfusion. This made me hold back tears!

No, they don't have to introduce them in one movie, they can give each one of them different projects (or a pair of them) different projects to introduce them and then bring them all together with a good xter development/ arc like we did with the phase 1 to 3. They could pair Wiccan with Thor, and Kid Loki in one project, pair Hulkling with Miles Morales and America Chavez in another project, build on Kate Bishop and Yelena in another project and then finally weave all of them together.
Take Spiderman off the list and that's what my pick would be. White Vision has Vision's memories, so he knows how to work as a team. Who's saying he can't MANAGE one?
Based on the ending of No Way Home, it'd be appropriate for Spiderman to have no part in the Young Avengers until his 6th movie. We all know Venom is ending up as the villian for the 4th movie, and it wouldn't hurt to see Spiderman fight off Hobgoblin and train Miles Morales or Gwen Stacy in the 5th movie. And let him crossover with the Young Avengers against Kingpin. It's just my opinion, but seems like a really fitting plot for the next 3 Spiderman movies.

Now I imagine in a different dimensional realm (Loki) has a son, and I imagine his son looks similar to him when he was once at a very young age.
I also can imagine that in another different dimensional in it exists a clone of LOKI himself, and I imagine that the clone was made out of mere guilt when a friend of (KING ODIN) had failed to protect the original LOKI who was a teenager when he had gotten killed.
Peter being the leader is a theory I have had ever since endgame. He would be a mentor to Morgan (a brother too) and maybe miles as well. {Also, give me a ship name for morgan and miles (starkles? Morark? Migan?), cuz they would be great together} He can also be the tech guy, like, He deserves to be the tech guy for his intelligence and all. All the loss he has gone through, he will surely be the workaholic one who barely sleeps and has panic attacks. And as endgame taught us that even the Avengers will die one day. Spidey's death too will be something self sacrificial cuz he is known for his selflessness.
That will be great if the 'The Totally Awesome Hulk' enter the young avengers too🤔👌
I think it would be cool for Morgan Stark to be iron heart with Peter as the leader of the young avengers seeing how much Peter and Tony had "farther son" like relation ship Peter would kind of be like an older brother to Morgan I would just love to see this duo

Young Avengers will be either animated OR, have "teenagers" you can't run a franchise with people who haven't finished puberty since you'll see massive changes between seasons. Likely they will find actors who look young but are actually finished puberty (like they did with Spiderman)

Please, MCU, do not put Spider-Man in the Young Avengers. I want the Young Avengers, not Spider-Man and his Amazing Entourage. The MCU can just make Kate and Eli the team-leaders like they were in the comics, even more so Kate since we're getting her development in Hawkeye.

i love it that you mention IRON LAD rather than someone new who will take the mantle of IRON MAN, especially a girl. Morgan Stark deserves it, but I don't think she should continue the Iron Man. Rather, MCU should prep her up as Iron Maiden, working with Iron Lad, Rescue (Pepper Pot's), and War Machine. I prefer that kid from Iron Man 3 (I think). he's inclined to engineering and inventing stuff, and tony's his hero, also he attended tony's funeral so that means he also made personal connection with the stark family, and from there a story can be made where as an adult he joined the Stark Industries and soon created his own armor as he misses his hero and started to love the family, especially Morgan from a lovers point of view. hehehe...

Another minor thing I would like to add is that Wanda and Peitro were only 18 in Age of Ultron and since a version of Vision might join the team in one way or another maybe she (along with spidy of course) helps connect them to the original Avengers after she gets over the greed of losing her husband again and now her children, and what ever is going to happen in Dr Strange 2.
