Skyrider VS Kiginga (Episode 37)

I'm not sure who to credit the subs to, unlike the first half from where I watched which has title cards and the ending screen as being subbed by SkyriderGang. If anyone knows who actually did the subs for this specific episode, lemme know because that is highly appreciated!
I clipped this specifically because I thought the unique rendition of Moero! Kamen Rider here sounded neat, and I didn't really see anyone upload it.
