Karate Champ amiga port alpha

After having ditched the first conversion, I started from scratch using the game Z80 code, reverse-engineered it, and transcoded it to 68000 for the amiga platform.
Sounds are missing, there are some graphical bugs, code needs optimizing, but game is overall very playable.
