Mini bic for sure. I don’t use claws but was thinking about using some Velcro i have to Velcro a lighter to my holster for double duty. Pull grip in a touch and have fire when you need it. It might work.don’t see why not.
1:44 Dude, that's exactly what I said. Burly man beauty accessories. I only recently looked into this whole EDC scene and right away that's what I thought. I've always carried some of this stuff on me, but always very budget gear, nothing I'd be afraid to get damaged or roughed up, and only stuff that's actually useful on a day to day basis. But the crap I'm seeing people (supposedly) carry with them every day only makes me think they're in it for the style and social media clout it gives them in EDC groups. _Especially_ considering the over the top materials, finishes, and price tags associated with these gadgets. I keep things very basic: Folding knife, wallet, keys, watch, pen. In over 40 years of farting around I've never needed more than that on a daily basis. Casio gang as well.
Good list!, my top 3 most functional items are: - Diver's watch: not just any watch, Diver's Watch for sturdiness, total water resistance and rotating bezel for time keeping. - Flash light: Olight specifically for that magnetic bottom and water resistance. Great with kids for moonlight mode and shock resistance. - Cap: weather protection, blinds if I need a nap, "bucket" for tiny pocket edc things when I sit down in a restaurant or car. I also carry 2 folders for sure and few other things, no pew pew yet.
All of this is exactly why I carry a sling bag for my EDC items. I like shorts most of the time so even a multitool by itself can be cumbersome, great video nonetheless!
All Great Ideas & Info Jordan. Depending on weather here in TX, my EDC in cold weather w/bulky clothes is a H&K 45 Compact Tactical IWB at the 4 o'clock. In warmer, thin clothes weather is a Springfield Hellcat 9 IWB at the 1 o'clock. I have a drawer of holsters that turned out to be shit for EDC. Hands down, the absolute BEST holsters I have found come from the company Urban Carry. (I have zero affiliation) They have a variety of options, but my favorites are the Lock Leather IWB (perfect marriage of kydex & leather), and the G3 IWB. Both have trigger guard retention & magnetics to keep the firearm snug in the holster. These holsters are made to fit a wide variety of specific brands and barrels. For an EDC knife, the best I have found is the Blak Knife by Lone Survivalist. It's expensive, but worth every penny. One thing you misses in the video is the right belt. Regular belts are shit for EDC. Groove Life has the best options there. Lastly, the most inexpensive & widest range of options for stocking up on First Aid Kits is Grainger, the industrial supply company, ya know, the ones who Get It Done.
Sometimes I'll put a aplc on a 19 but most of the time my 19 is in a duty holster my 48mos is equipped with tlr-7sub I love that light I wish I could put the sub on the double stacks
If I’m not mistaken the holster was a pole craft. They are inexpensive but not cheap. I got the extra good deal on a blaze orange one for the same gun you have.$13.& you’re correct about ppl recommending the crap out of stuff. A bunch of stuff. Bet they do pretty good with that. I am not a pro gun slinger or anything but with my holster, the clip was the only thing that was printing & that’s not a big deal but it got hung up on stuff.seemed like I was bumping it on a lot of stuff. Anyhow I found a mono block for a few dollars less than the DCC listed ones. But it was a DCC made one when it came anyway .. I like the holster quite a bit more now. Slimmer & good in summer when you might be wearing a bathing suit or something w no belt. Just a heads up. Liked & subscribed cause it adds up & you might get free bullets eventually. Takem easy
Hey, Jordan! Thank you for making this video! Turns out our personal EDCs are pretty similar. I just need to keep my little truck-bag in the truck and not on my shoulder. Or maybe I just need, dare I say it, a fanny pack? Just something to put like a phone charger, earbuds, and a granola bar in. And would you believe we’re both rocking the same $15 Casio watch from WalMart on our wrists? I actually wanted and sought out that specific model and was pleasantly surprised it just happened to also be the cheapest one.
Great video! I've got a P365XL also with a 17-rd mag. Still very carry-able although I have OWB. Flashlight, knives, etc. Good things to think about in this day and age!
Incredible country to get out into the wilderness in. National Parks if you want fancy camping. National Forests or Wilderness areas if you want to be in the middle of nowhere and don't mind shitting in the woods.
Pretty simple hide your COD for about a few months. Stay off Reddit. You will make “wiser sensible” decisions. Only time I don’t have a chambered round I don’t have a mag in it. Firearm is hot 24/7 unless for maintenance and cleaning.
Two more helpful things I didn't mention but I sometimes carry:
- Sharpie
- Lighter

Refreshing to see someone being realistic in these EDC videos.

The title alone earns my view and a like

Lol imagine owning Hk, but especially owning anything Springshit when they are staunchly anti-2a.

Get a TLR-7 Flex A. It will fit your Glock 19.
Don't leave home without chapstick
I carry a small flashlight but also have a weapon mounted light

Fanny packs are highly underrated
Was actually thinking of picking up a low profile, low vis fanny pack for EDCing
Do you even tAcTiCaL bro?
@JordSather Adding a bandana and cheap watch based on your video. Probably a small cannister of OC spray also

edc? phone & wallet
Nice 👁👍
Been wishing to go camping in America.
Incredible country to get out into the wilderness in.
National Parks if you want fancy camping.
National Forests or Wilderness areas if you want to be in the middle of nowhere and don't mind shitting in the woods.
Do you live in a war zone?
