1 jar pasta sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mozzarella for the top

For the Filling:
Two 15 oz containers of ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground onion
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
