I've been listening to Tool for 14 years. I'm 14 years old... My dad used to put headphones on my moms belly so I could hear the greatest band of all time. Such an amazing and meaningful band.
The entire "Lateralus" album is, in my opinion, the greatest album ever released... From the first song, to the last, and every song/transition in between... It is a master class.
I agree with you 100% I've been saying this for several years. The only reason it hasn't been my favorite since the 1st time I ever heard it is only because Lateralus was ready for me, I wasn't mature enough to be quite ready for Lateralus.

I've had the pleasure of listening to the greatest rock band that has ever existed since 1990. Tool is a lifestyle not a genre. They have the uncanny ability to pull the wool from in front of your eyes and make you see or hear what's real or not. There's a reason there's no other band in the history of music to sound like Tool! It's because they're the best of the best. It can not be done because they're the first to tap into that realm. It should be a mandatory listen in an music class globally, they're that great. TOOL FOR ALL!

Gimme a break I was a 16 year old suburban whiteboy but from that moment on it was clear these guys were so far out of the box and light years beyond what anybody was, is and ever will be capable of. And it was Tool for me from that day on. Not that I don't like other bands but it's just they're playing futuristic 3D space chess and everybody else is playing Go Fish lol. Tool is and will go down as one of the greatest bands and they're completely unwilling to compromise their vision for their music. They've been together for 30 years only realeasing 5 masterpiece studio albums because they refuse to let any record label influence or push them to release music that they don't believe in.
TOOL honestly does not have a bad song. Start on track 1 of their first EP and listen in order from album to album the way God and Maynard intended. ✌🤞🤯
Maynard himself said on joe rogan that he doesn't like to listen to songs and albums in order, for the same reason that no one plays a full album in order on a live show, it just doesn't make sense and no one really cares.
Awesome reaction. Tool is a complex band. You did awesome. I listen to this song 100s of time and still pick up new nuances. If you love music and instruments. Tool is in a category of their own . Master musicians. Cheers 🍻.

Seeing Tool live is like a spiritual experience. Please react to the song "Right in Two". Very relevant to our societies today. Also, I highly recommend reacting to the band Alice in Chains, to their music video for the song "Rooster".
The math behind this song is crazy!! Everything in this song is base on the Fibonnacci sequence wich is 1-1-2-3-5-8-13-18 etc (wich is close to the god ratio) He's syllable follow the number in the sequence. The drum timing switch from 9/8 8/8 7/8 987 is a number of the sequence too. The god ratio is everywhere in nature and it make a spiral so in the lyric he mean embrace the random and go where no one's been (spiral out). If you want more explaination just watch the math behind lateralus on youtube ^^
Mom said I used to constantly, double bass inside of her womb. So I guess I've been a drummer/ musician before I was even born. TOOL is life-changing. I know it sounds ridiculous but... they really are. (Parabol /Parabola) was the anthem that kept me alive through a really rough time.

I guarantee you you drop 3 Tool reactions a week you're gonna gain 15-20k subs by this time next month. We support when we see that the reactor is genuinely and personally intrigued by this music we love so much. In the course if 1 tool song you can go through the whole gambit if emotions. I'm 36 and the songs still illicit emotional reactions and I don't even know why. It's cathartic for some us
I can certainly see why. It was like a rollercoaster ride!!! It seems like Tool has some really loyal fans. I found out about them from someone suggesting I do a reaction. They really are so talented and unique.
Based on the fibanacci sequence, 0, 1, 1 ,2 ,3 ,5. 8, 13... Listen to each of the syllables in the lyrics of the song. They follow this sequence. The sequence follows that adding the last number to the current number gives the next number.
It would be wonderful if you would continue reacting to Tool, as well as Maynard's other bands, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer. Different sounding bands, great musicians as well, along with Maynards great talent. I recommend live versions when recommended/possible
You should totally check out The Grudge and Parable/Parabola. Once you memorize how to move your body/headbang to a Tool song, it becomes way more enjoyable, the song will grow on you as you become more familiar with the rhythms and transitions. Imo
Despite the fact that you're gorgeous and THE most beautiful girl, you also look so kind and adorable. I like it very much that you reacted on T O O L! Many greetings from Athens, Greece.
I went thru most of the comments..I am super surprised that no one has pointed out to her that his lyrics are the fibanacy sequence... Aka the golden ratio .like seen in a nautilus shell ...he counts up syllables and down syllables thru the entire song
Please add Vicarious and The Pot from Tool to your review list. I would enjoy seeing your interpretation and reaction! I like your genuineness and sincerity.
Don't expect you to have caught it first time (I know I didn't!) but my favourite part is during the final vocal climax, you have two rhythms simultaneously, the drums and the woooow, wooooow, woooow of the bass and guitar are going off different metres but synch up every 4 or 8 bars
You definitely got voted Most Likely to Succeed back in the day. Great job, though. A hot girl reacting positively -- and insightfully -- to Tool is always a win.
They rule it even better live in concert and I hope you can check out King daimond sleepless nights live in concert and so you know that he has inspired the early thrash metal scene such as Metallica Slayer Megadeth anthrax Overkill the list goes on and on and he also had a quadruple bypass a few years back and his vocals are stronger than ever that has aged long live the king 🤘🔥💣🗯️💥🔥🔥🔥💪

Kai, do "H" by Tool next. Trust me...
Easily the best band I’ve ever seen live.
Yea I’ve heard Lateralus more times than I’ve told my mom I love her. I still don’t know all the lyrics, and I hear new things All. The. Time.
Yeah I'll probably never catch everything.
Lyrics are a must. Enjoy riding the rest of the tool spiral
Thanks love!
Thanks for sharing. I did not know that!
It would be wonderful if you would continue reacting to Tool, as well as Maynard's other bands, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer. Different sounding bands, great musicians as well, along with Maynards great talent. I recommend live versions when recommended/possible
Parabol\Parabola off the same album
You should totally check out The Grudge and Parable/Parabola. Once you memorize how to move your body/headbang to a Tool song, it becomes way more enjoyable, the song will grow on you as you become more familiar with the rhythms and transitions. Imo
Nice catch, Winnipeg
The best way to experience Tool is on your own when you've got shit on your mind. It naturally lends itself to introspective thought
#ToolArmy giddyup 🔥🔥
Omg woman to have the agility to stop it in the middle of that first rif is beyond me
Despite the fact that you're gorgeous and THE most beautiful girl, you also look so kind and adorable.
I like it very much that you reacted on T O O L!
Many greetings from Athens, Greece.
Wow, thank you
@@kailamay2278 you're most welcome.
I went thru most of the comments..I am super surprised that no one has pointed out to her that his lyrics are the fibanacy sequence... Aka the golden ratio .like seen in a nautilus shell ...he counts up syllables and down syllables thru the entire song
Welcome to your ascension. Lol. This band is different and you are going to fall in love.
They really are unique! There music is so interesting, even though it's a long song, it doesn't feel like it.
The volume possibly needs going up please 😂 On your side ☘️
Thanks for letting me know.
Do you mean the song volume? my volume? or just everything?
@@kailamay2278 , I’m no expert but I guess everything 😂
Spiral out; keep going!
"Push it "salival live version from them .....spiral out 🙌
Please add Vicarious and The Pot from Tool to your review list. I would enjoy seeing your interpretation and reaction! I like your genuineness and sincerity.
Thanks love. A few people have suggested Vicarious. It must be really good.
8 more times? You'll be listening to this one for the rest of your life lol
Haha You're so right.
Haha thanks love
They rule it even better live in concert and I hope you can check out King daimond sleepless nights live in concert and so you know that he has inspired the early thrash metal scene such as Metallica Slayer Megadeth anthrax Overkill the list goes on and on and he also had a quadruple bypass a few years back and his vocals are stronger than ever that has aged long live the king 🤘🔥💣🗯️💥🔥🔥🔥💪
Thanks love
@@kailamay2278 my pleasure anytime so sorry for the late reply to you
🌀 Spiral Out 🤙
Open your mind👽
Great band man ..if tou can keep up👽

Hola Kai 👋 great react, would love to hear some Deftones reaction. Passenger or Xerces would be awesome
Thank you. 🙏 I love hearing new music!
H is a must all of them really
DREAM THEATER
"Constant Motion"
When one track is more creative, complex and downright amazing compared to most bands full albums and even back catalogue of albums.
This is written in the fibonacci sequence. 🤯
Even God headbang on TOOL !!!
so good
