I got bored and decided to tally up the wins and see what colours won most.. BLUE won 2 times, RED won 4 times, ORANGE won 2 times, PURPLE won 6 times and GREEN won 7 times.

Danielle L you simply tell the cashier you would like the purchase the book, they will usually have one in the back or they will tell you which ones they have and they will ring it out (books have barcodes on the backs for this very reason and for audits) and then you pay just like normal

I know this is probably been discuss alot in past, but if you buy cards in order 0-49, i think that your odds of a winning not as good, say for incident you get £20 on your first card the next few cards probably dont have a high chance of have much in them since the card company probably knows the player will come back to buy more with there winnings. But since you could still have the jackpot somewhere in the pile of cards my point it kinda moot. :D

Haha I love your train of thought :) In general, playing any tickets will lead to losses, unless you get really lucky. There's also the option of playing partial books (like 20 tickets of one, 20 another, etc) but you could pick winners, or pick losers. In the end, you just can't guess the winners :P With a full book, you know you'll get around half.
