Since forming in high school, the 4 men in Enter Shikari have worked to send a message of unity with their music. Starting out in basements, to now headlining festivals that 20,000+ attendees come to bask in that singular message, the group’s energy field is palpable. It’s in the way they carry themselves, how they present on social media, and how the fans behave at their shows. Unity.
Working with the group, it’s clear they’re all high-performing professionals, but the humbleness was still present. Which, from our vantage point, was a relief. It’s as though they were just as surprised as us to work together. But aside from this, they were open enough with us to reveal some of the inner workings of their operation, how they feel about the current state of the world, and what they feel their role is in making it better.
They made it clear they want their legacy to go beyond their music. The books, interviews, TV appearances, music videos, and their art as a collective is recognized as being bigger than themselves. The feeling that then arises is this duty to themselves and their audience to continually lift each other up.
As it was put by their singer, Rou, it takes a certain amount of awareness to make these kinds of movements in one’s life and career. And in the spirit of that, the songs they perform are all laced with messages of how to do better, be better, for yourself and for everyone around you. We’re thrilled to present Enter Shikari on Audiotree From Nothing.

basically grew up with shikari and im proud to say that they never miss.
The most important band of any generation. Seen them 10x live and will continue doing so
This 🙌🏻🔺
Lol that’s a big claim!
@@mrsleepytime Accurate though. Changed my life more than anyone else
@@DrLukeHart same
Same, seen them 12 times going again in february… even got a tattoo of them on my wrist 😭😂
SUCH an honor to have hosted this
meeting all my heroes, I'm jel
What an absolute honour it’s been to grow with these boys. Filled to the brim with talent, influential in more ways than they know and a must-see live band who always give 110%.
This was really great Audiotree!
I have to say they sound much better live than studio recordings 110% :D
They’re still playing😳
enter shikari is the best UK band of the last 20 years, they mix and experiment with various genres without sound forced or sellouts , they always have a message in their lyrics, since their first album. every member of this band is important. 20 years of a band of friends who unite people and fight for a better future. i discover this band in 2020 and I feel like I've known them from the beginning.
Holy Moly… the Mixing, the performance, the message. PERFECTION
I remember my first Shikari show back in 07 and I’ve been hooked since. It’s not just the music is the community surrounding them. I’ve made so many lovely friends from all over the world because of our love for the music and message. I wouldn’t be the person I am now without “Common Dreads”. Not only is this band one of the most important of our generation it’s one of the important bands to me. Thanks Audiotree for having them.
god, the mix here is absolutely incredible
One of the most influential things throughout my life has been this band.
Their music is incredibly important to so many people.
I still remember the first time I got to see them live, first band I wanted to see that I got to travel and watch.
One of the greatest British bands of all time
Twenty years of continuous, relevant rallying. There are two bands I've experienced in my life that have felt like more of a collective movement than a band; The Chariot and Enter Shikari. Thank you for the decades of focus and empowerment🙏
Never heard of The Chariot, I’ll check them out, cheers
@@MarstonRobinson your in for a ride with the chariot
It’s been 20 years, 20 years my favorite band. From the nostalgia of Johnny Sniper to (pls) set me on fire. Thank you guys so fucking much

This humble attitude only underlines the statement.
You habe no idea how much you give to us 💙
No other band or artist as pivotal in my life as Shikari. I owe my musical endeavours & political engagement to these guys.
Legends.
Been with Shikari since Common Dreads, good to see they're still about
I’m incredibly proud to be part of the Enter Shikari family… I deeply admire them, not only because they are talented musicians but also the quality of human beings they are. Met them personally last year, they all were super down to earth, humble… I got nothing but love for them. Cheers 🫶🏼
"There's various things in life that still bring people together indescriminately. And music, now... Is possibly the last bastion of like. Unifying people?"
is a quote that needs to go down in the history books
Enter Shikari is one of the few bands that from the first time I listen to them, I knew they had something special, so it has been amazing to see how much they have evolved as people and musically, they had such a huge growth, yet they have remained humble and giving off such good vibes.
It was amazing seeing them live recently, so therapeutic from all the shit I was going through...
Such a talented band.
Wonderful. Enter Shikari was definitely one of the bands that sparked my love in music 17 or 18 years ago. Their demeanor remains what is most inspiring to me. My heart is full.
I really respect how genuine and lucid these guys have always been about expressing their thoughts. They've never said or put out anything that felt insincere or unlike them. It takes a lot to stay true to yourselves after all these years with the varying levels of success they've experienced.
Love so fkn much this band. Saw them for the first time just a few days ago in Milan, got to met Rory... I think I'll never stop listen to them no matter what, grew up with them, not only physiologically speaking.
Love what everyone at Audiotree does! Thank you for not just the music but the interview as well! The quality on everything is stunning. So cool to see this band kill it!!
The only band I've consistently followed for more than decade. They have not changed in so many ways but grown at the same time. I don't think i'll ever stop listening to their albums
I will always support this band and everything they stand for 🩵
So many things in my life and the world has changed around me since I first heard this band and they really are the constant in my life
1st time i heard Enter Shikari when i was 18 (it was juggernauts), now im 32 and still listening to them on a daily basis.
That first sentence from Rou is a f**king statement and a half. Music is so powerful in bringing people together, Peace & Love xx
I can still remember the first time I ever heard a Shikari song back in 2007, and over the years, it has been my solid companion against isolation. Sometimes the fight is lonely... and I listen to the words of their songs, and meet others at the live shows, and know I am not alone out there in how I see the world.
Keep pushing the boundaries boys. You have been with me for most of my musical life....!
These guys touched my heart as a teenager when I met them in 2007 when they were working their own mercy booth. I still have the Ambush Reality hoodie, and I cherish it even as paper thin as it is these days.
Every new album they have released over the years have gone the same way: my first listen i wish they went harder but by the 3rd time its my favorite album of all time. So much nuance in their new stuff.
Grown up with these lads. They've been a musical comfort in my hardest times, my best times. Long may it continue.
I chuffing love this band! Its been so great as fan to be able to explore their musical journey and see them go from strength to strength every single release. Such a fun live show too!
Amazing. Thank you for doing this. My favorite band in the world, they've shaped me and helped me throughout the last 10+ years. Love these guys
Wow, fantastic job all around! Enjoyed the interview parts as well and just super happy to see Enter Shikari on Audiotree. 😊💙
I've wanted this for so so SO many years!!
The most incredible and unique band of all time, I am so proud to be their fan!!!!!!!! 💚
This band is only of the few good ones left out there with the same lineup from the start, the same chemistry and the same passion for making music. Glad I caught them live in my tiny country.
Thank you, Audiotree. Thank you, Shikari
Incredible mix like always Audiotree! Come back soon Enter Shikari,
This a great little insight into the band, think it's cool how long they've known each other. This is my favourite band of all time.
Enter Shikari are a massive Kamen Rider band for me, and A Kiss For The Whole World fits the 2023 season, Geats, so well, with their common joy is resistance message... Bloodshot is my theme for arc 4, and the title track is my theme for the final arc, and the show as a whole
I’m young still all my life grown up is listening to your music so far and you greatest band I’ve ever heard of my whole enter shikari filled life
❤ they are the best ! Can't wait to see them again soon on their tour
No words can explain how much this band and their music means to me ❤️
I remember seeing these guys eating pizza before a show I went to in Houston in 2008 and I didn’t wanna bug em while they were eating, but after watching this, I feel like if I had and told em how much I love their music they woulda been so chill about it!
I remember the first time i listened to them since TTYS era! Good times! ❤️
Enter Shikari is one of the most important artistic constructs in my life and have kept me going for years. To many more years of Shikari 🍻
What a great group of musicians and human beings! Great stuff!
Favorite band since 06, shout out from the US
Seen you guys on your first ever headline tour and been a fan from the start. This album is insane... As good or if not better than Take to the Skies in my opinion. So good live too!
Loved the interview bits!
Insane execution of those notes. Absolutely stunning and wonderful to watch. Gives me hope.
Ohhh yeah and you're my favourite band, ever. For sure.
I love the lads so much and wish them nothing but the best ❤
Mix is 10/10 and shakari is legendary thank you Audiotree 🤍
Props to the sound engineer. Finally a studio session that sounds like it should. Perfect mixing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
agreed this sounds amazing
I don't think the drums sounds good (in the mix)
My favorite band ever!
wasn't expecting this today.
And we will still be here standing like statues :3
I love their musicality ❤️
Love their music

So proud of them
Sounds Just like nothing I’ve heard before
Holy shi holy shi holy shiiii. Enter Shikari!!!!
I think Enter Shikari is one of the few bands that actually sound better live.
SO GLAD these guys are good again. Seriously didnt know what to do with myself for a few years there. They were my fav band from like 2012-2016
Sensacional
One favorite band in favorite music channel > Delicious
Love this my friends! When I make it to England 🏴 in 2025 we need to chill and make some music! Thanks for everything my friends!
Rou is probably (along with Brendan Yates) the best front man of any band
Stand up unifies folks too. live podcasts. live readings of scripts and letters. plenty of content brings folks together. however enter shikari has evolved so much.
F-ing brilliant mates!
was hoping to hear some classic shikari songs in this format but alas we only get the newer material which doesn't really hit the same way for me
What microphone is Rou using?
👌🏻✨
We must unite
22:11 where is the backing music from?
Don’t think it’s shikari
Am I wrong?..
Sounds beautiful
I think Audiotree usually use random bits of audio they record between sets like from soundcheck or whatever seem to do it in other sets.
@audiotree great mix but you messed up the band names, Rob Rolfe is the Drummer and Rory Clewlow is the Guitarist.
Ohhh enter shikaaaari, ohhh enter shikaaari 🙌🙌🙌
Please stop blueballing us with the quick fire round at live shows tho, we wanna do the clap clap clap 😭😂
Rou not dancing disturbs me greatly
Uhhhh do they not play with a click? Rob is all over the place bpm wise the whole set
Fuck yeah
🖤🩶🤍!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
🌎 💋 🌍 💋
The Beatles crashed Audiotree. Best band. Period. Yeah, that's quite a sacred title.
🖤🖤🤍🤍🖤🖤🤍🤍
Please get fleshwater on here! It would be amazing.
cmon no Sorry You're Not A Winner?
That’s literally why I’m watching this lol
Grown up with them. Although I don't support their leftist messagings, I'll always love and support them
Is it me or is the audio production on this really terrible?
Guess their old stuff is better because those songs were like not even mid.
