Governor is the best job to run from. It’s the only job other than president with executive, head of government experience, there’s only 50 of them, and you’re a Washington outsider.

No wander being a president is not an easy task for only one person, spends a lot of money, does charity works, visits each state, tons of paper work, lots of travelling, security around you all the time, and worst of all, being a highly targeted person. Imagine that, enduring all of this in years even if you are retired as a president, you still need the security around you...

I would never wish the presidency of the United States even upon my worst foe.
The stress, the pressure, the sleepless nights of worrying and the constant stream of threats to your well-being. I used to imagine myself in the role but then I thought about it and it lost its appeal overtime - especially with the partisanship, general apathy and pessimism, and rampant divisiveness in society.
Not to mention the nasty comments on TH-cam. I'd be up all night in the White House reading them lol

The Constitution says “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President” when they say a Citizen of the US at the time of the constitution they are referring to present times correct? Meaning if I become a citizen now… not being born in the US I wouldn’t be president correct?
You may be president, not sure. But if you are from India, or any middle East country then certainly not.

You do not have to be born in the USA. People born outside the USA whose parents are American citizens at the time of their birth, are natural-born American citizens. Everyone born in America is natural-born, but not everyone who is natural-born was born in America. I was born in a different nation, and my birth certificate and passport both say natural-born.

Still think that needs to be revised. Cause technically, you could be brought to America when you're young---like I was two---and be raised here. You know the country as a native. Yet because you were born outside, you can't run for the country you know best. THEN, someone could be born in America, leave when they're young for their entire childhood, return to America, live in America for 14 years, and be president. Even when their entire childhood was elsewhere. Think about it.
A minimum age would need to be set and even then parents could brainwash children into saboteurs I think that law is an attempt to guarantee national loyalty.

Correction right to the start, the constitution says you need to be a ``naturally born citizen``, that means you need to be a citizen of the US since birth, not that you need to be born IN the United States....
@Zavier Botsford You become a citizen if you are born in the United States, BUT you don`t need to be born in the US to be a citizen from birth. If you are born to US parents outside of the country and they inform the US government in time, you will be a US citizen from birth..

I’ll give you four steps to becoming successful at almost anything,
First: Choosing what you want to do (This seems easy but as life goes on, you will change your mind a lot)
Second: Letting go, you have to make scarifies (This is the hardest one to do, you might have to let go of games, social media time, family time)
Third: Setting your mind to it (This means focus on your goal, planning ahead, backup plans)
Fourth: Putting in the work (Work hard, train and gain knowledge)
