I just want you to know that I love all your videos. You and Cheri are awesome and even though I am a seasoned beader, I always learn something from both of you. Also, you are my favorite online bead shop.
Thank you for the video! I was going the weaving and thought I wasn't doing it right until I saw the rows forming! I will be getting proper thread and starting from the end thread next time. Cheeers 🤍💚
Hi Andrea! Great question, we love chokers around here. I would suggest making the piece longer, so it's closer to the size you would want around your neck. To finish the ends, I would use an end tube on each end (shop our end tubes here: www.artbeads.com/search/?keyword=end%20tube). These components slide over the last row of beads and then you can use the loop to add your clasp. They would be attached in a similar way to this bracelet: www.artbeads.com/design-studio/dark-chocolate-delight-loomed-brown-bracelet/ It might also be helpful to add a chain extender on one end, so you have a little wiggle room with the length when wearing it as a choker. I hope this helps!
Thanks for your suggestion, that's a great idea. We do have a couple of tutorials in our Design Studio that detail how to finish a square stitch bracelet. Hi I watched your video and I learn a lot from you but I have a question please and thank you. How do you do square stitch and follow a pattern? Sorry I don't understand so if you could do a tutorial on how to follow a square stitch pattern that has a design would be awesome and help me a lot.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing, I am now a quilter, crafter and a paper bead and sea bead jewelry maker. Happy crafting!!
Happy crafting to you, Lorraine!

Hi! Thanks for the video. Can you show how one would make that into a choker?

Hi what kind of thread you use?
Hi Ivy. Cynthia is using beading thread for this tutorial. We recommend TOHO One-G Thread: artbeads.com/toho-one-g-beading-thread/
monique de beer
It’s great that you are sharing this, but the direction that you are stringing is so awkward. I string towards me. Yes, I bead.
