Enthralling I think Ken Follett writes so convincingly - is this a true story’ because the characters felt so real. The story held my attention until the end - but then it cut out just at the end of epilogue.
It ends abruptly as if there is one or two more paragraphs. There is a similar problem with the two parts of "Night Over Water" posted here on youtube. At least I have a copy of that novel to read what is missing, not with this one though.

It's incomplete. It seems, most Follett books here are incomplete. sadly.

No, the epilog is usually near the end.
It doesn't need a part three. There is room for a sequel though. But the epilogue is enough for me.
