She does acknowledge at the end that she's a bad guy who's a girl, though. Alsooo, Dominator obviously likes being gender non-confirming, given her masculine title, name, and the fact that her armored form looks and sounds the way that it does, it's possible that she'd still call herself this even if the above weren't true! ♥
