    Jay remember what you are doing at your age is amazing. Most 30 year old don’t look like you now. Guys know that Jay is putting a tremendous amount of pressure on himself to look good. When he says he’s going to do something, he doesn’t want to disappoint his fans. Jay try not to put too much pressure on yourself . I know it’s not the Jay way. The thing I love most about you Jay.. is your work ethic. You have already made it… and still work like you haven’t. I’m 50 now and have been following you since our 20s. Love you bro🥰 you motivate a lot of people !

    You know what I really like about Jay. He's a fantastic listener. He will always let people speak & finish. Understands what's been said to articulate an answer.
    I feel this is such a core attribute to have in life, and that also goes for anything including bodybuilding. I do believe that.

      Jay never skipped ear 👂 day. When you develop your ear muscles to the extent Jay developed the rest of his flesh, you can't help but be a great listener.
      There are a variety of HEAVY DUTY ear exercises you can do to pump up the ear muscles.
      1. Ear flys
      2. Ear squats
      3. Ear curls
      4. Ear uPs
      5. Ear rows
      6. Earbacks
      7. Ear extensions
      8. Ear laterals
      9. Ear planks
      For best results, I suggest a push / pull ear day.
      You get these under your belt, and you too will develop major ear muscles and become a great active listener.

    Have been off here for a minute and really missed these videos. The information and the way Jay just listen and the content he pushes is awesome. Turning 52 and my youngest son (21) keeps me looking forward hitting the gym and staying in shape. Being back in the states has been great and looking forward to coming out to Vegas and attending events and hopefully get to meet Jay.

    Just turned 39 this year, this is motivating me for a "Fit for 40" :) Awesome being able to see Jay get back after it as I wasn't following BB 10+ years ago.
    IMHO some of the most motivational fitness influencers are the ones setting and achieving personal goals as they get older.

    I have a 94 land cruiser with over 400,000kms on it. It's diesel and runs like an absolute dream. It's 4wd capability is so good. Solid axle front and rear. Jay made a good choice going diesel. I also get 1200kms per tank of fuel so the mileage is great. No electric car can get you anywhere near that. Cheers for another cool vid.

    I like the walks you do and the story about when you worked at the golf course, my goal for this summer is to get more shredded and I am using calorie cycling as a strategy to create the deficit.

    First, all I wanna say Jay your super inspiring and motivational! Thank you!
    I have always been a huge fan. Garry Bartlett photographer and column writer use to be our president of the NBPFA here in Canada. I worked my way all the way to the Canadian National level where I place 3rd in my division. As you, I am 51 and have the same journey as you sort of...lol! I may go back to the stage. Back in 2019 my little guy go sick with cancer. He is now since been in remission for 3 and half years. So now I am attempting to make a comeback. Again thank you for being you. Huge fan Mike

    Damn, that car is sweet. Niiiiiiiiice Jay. I'm getting much inspiration from you at the moment. I'm 34 years old and discovered you about 5 months ago. I've decided to completely change my life after some hard times. I'm up to 5 meals a day with around 6x 1hr and a half gym sessions a week. Tomorrow is legs. I'm going for more muscle and core strength. The hardest bit has been the eating 5 times a day but i'm just powering through, and getting it done! Watching your content for inspiration thinking of the end goal. I can't wait to see what you have in store as this fit to 50 progresses. All the best from the uk man!!

      With meals, getting to and from the course, range, warm up, actually playing, grille room afterwards for a monster burger, fries, cold beer .. you can pretty much write off the rest of the day. Done right, golf can be an all day affair. Especially if you're playing Pinehurst and having fun in the life style of playing, practicing, matches out on the putting green, endless ways to hit balls. The life style of golf is a world unto itself. If Jay ever caught the bug, watch out. He could become a golf monster. ⛳️ How cool would that be, to see Jay Cutler one day Captain of the Ryder Cup Team, or in the last group on Sunday at Augusta, or facing down #17 at Pebble in the US Open with a 45 lb barbell in his hand, posing after making a hole in one.

    Golf is a fantastic game. I played myself even though basketball was my main sport. I personally grew up with golf, living right next to a golf cource as my dad's life was golf, being a pro trainer his whole life. He trained some of Denmarks best players, some who eventually turned pro. His dedication to golf and for teaching led him to become "PGA 5 star golf professional (trainer) of the year in Europe" in 1995. Despite that and more prices, it was never about that. He never hung them up anyway. Here, 3 years after he passed away, as a son I continue to look back with pride, admiration and amazement for how he made a career out of his biggest passion. I will return to golf some day and reconnect with my dad that way.

    I used to mow the little soccer court and beach area in our neighborhood where I grew up. I know exactly that feeling when you’re finished after 1.5 hours of walking that thing and look at the symmetry that you have created, one line at a time. It’s similar to bodybuilding in a sense that you inch on one turn at a time, seemingly getting nowhere, but then all of a sudden you’ve progressed half the court. And once you get into the groove of it, it goes easier.

    Diesel motors are great for semi type trips (long haul with heavy load) but on short stop/start trips unloaded you'll start seeing the non stop problems in a few years. The future repair costs you'll see by year five or six will offset any fuel efficiency gains you may have gotten.

    Hi Jay and Dave, it is good to hear that you are taking up golf Jay. It is a great sport to participate in once you get the mechanics down and hit the ball with an intended path. I enjoy it as well and have taught all of the golf classes in the past at Cal Poly Pomona University. Sounds like you are on your way to reaching your goal with your physique Jay. Can't wait to see the final result. Maybe you can get Dave to take up golf as well and if not, perhaps he can caddy for you. Lol

I didn't lift weights for 10 years, but have put on 20kg (45lbs) of lean muscle in 3 months, thanks to watching your videos (and Ronnie's) before my work-outs.

    Thanks Jay for asking about our info in our quest for great shape because like you know we are in this thing together too! For me I’m 42 now and haven’t got lean since Trump became President. So it’s definitely go time and so about everyday I’m riding my bike 🚴 25 - 30 mins and going to begin walking and running up a bridge about every night too and eventually begin intermittent fasting which will shred you down even further.

    I’m 41 and 354lbs of lard. 😂
    Stopped playing pro sports 8 years ago and enjoyed doing nothing after training 5 times a week for 20years.
    Now it’s time to get back in shape and lose 100lbs. I started 6 weeks ago at 368lbs. It’s not coming off fast enough. I’ll follow Jay for inspiration and advice and how to shift this weight. Any tips welcome. 😅

      Best tip me or anyone can give you for that matter would be to head over to Dr Eric Bergs channel and study up on IF. Your weight will come off without hardly trying because of the eating window 8 / 16 where your body will completely repair itself and reboot the metabolic system via nutrition timing alone.       Thanks, I’ve been doing 20/4 after viewing some of Dr Berg’s videos and this is still my rate of loss 2lbs a week. I prob put on a little muscle as I can curl heavy dumbs again but I thought it would fall off given my calorie deficit. Very frustrating. Only negatives I can think of is I’m not doing low carbs and not drinking enough water.

    Is there a video of Jay golfing? Link?? Thanks. I love ❤️ golf AND body building. Kinda oil and water but there in lay a challenge greater than the two disciplines combined. Rarely will you find a world class body builder who can play championship golf at the highest of competitive levels. Brooks Koepka could be the closest thing you'll see to date where Braun and Finesse come together. And even still, Brooks is not even close to being a world class body builder because that's not his thing. He doesn't love 💔 the two sports. So to find the guy who can master both golf AND body building, that would be a unicorn.
    Is Cutler the break through we've been waiting for? Maybe. But he needs to find a good swing teacher and the best teacher in the world is this.
    Learn to THROW, HEAVE, HURL, a golf club in an open field as far you possibly can. In that motion is the secret to Ben Hogan's golf swing. Do it 100 times a day Jay, and you will have mastered the entire athletic motion required to consistently hit on target pure golf shots, shot after shot.

    Jay probably wants to get into single digits body fat ripped, which I don't think he has to do that to look great, but he probably will do it anyway. No matter if he's 12% or 6 %, he's gonna look great.
