My dad passed on 14 days after I found out I was pregnant. Couldn't fully mourn his passing and now everytime I think of his passing I can't help but breakdown

Its Hard for Christian right now. I was also feeling the tiredness and yes Caiah it is in the atmosphere, but that means that your relationship with God is not on strong hold. I came to realize that the reason why I felt tired(not a physical tiredness) is because I had open a door for the enemy through negative emotions. Luckily for me I had a friend who helped me out through prayer and ladies I've never felt revamped in my Spirit.
I love how raw and vulnerable you guys are. It really helps one introspect.

My dad left when I was still an infant.This trauma made me work extra hard,to show he didn't affect me,I built up walls and never dared to show any form of falling apart or vulnerability.I worked so hard got to varsity and its my third year I feel like I just woke up,because I have to figure out what I want,I was so focused on proving that I'm good without him. Now having to live my life for myself feels weird.💯😂

My trauma was in grade 1. My dad had dies a fews years back then 2 of my grandmother's died when I was in grade1(one in October, my grand aunt in November)
Not justifying my actions but I became a bully. I had so much anger in me and I'd verbally and sometimes physically bully kids.
I hated who I was bless the lord I fully stopped bulling kids at school in grade 5. God helped me ; I used to always hit my sister (even cause her nose bleeds) to feel less of my personal anger.
🙃 I just wanted to share this. Ok maybe its not trauma but what caused me stress but I just waned to share this

During COVID 2019-2020/2021 i also didn't know my dad existed i almost hated him until I found out my mom is the one who kept him away and didn't pass the messages he sent....till this day i don't know how to feel

I would like to share something .. i listened to the long conversation topic and all that was said is true but one thing has been completely erased from human brain is that being open about troma does not lead to healing it's what was said by someone who used it and it worked for him or her so we then took someone's story and made it the solution..everytime something bad happens we run to words or quotes but have anyone of y'all sat down took a deep breath and asked "what feels right in me without me having to see or hear someone's words ".. basically words have limited our natural ability to can think and now all we do is seek answers from as close as possible
Example we wouldn't have known that they is such as suicide or the fact that you can kill yourself if it wasn't for someone telling us about it or doing it or rather telling us at which stage you can do it.. we now know that if i feel like I'm being hated, I'm being blamed, being abused, feel lonely i must kill myself ..think out of the box don't wait for someone's solution to work for you

Thank you Caiah for bringing more clarity when it comes to trauma. Trauma is the most well known and misunderstood topics. Most people do not understand how deep trauma is and how to use self healing methods like EMDR, Meditation and somatic exercises to heal from trauma

@CIAH @MPHO The facts and myths were somehow off.. Number 1 boiling does kill certain germs, and those that are highly resistant to increased heat are normally autoclaved. Moreover, you stated that the normal vaginal pH is 7, however the normal vaginal pH is moderately acidic due to the presence of lactobacilli, which inhibits the colonization or overgrowth of normal vaginal commensals. And probiotics are usually advised..

I think the topic about body count and waiting in regards of intimacy would’ve been nice to hear it ,especially us teenagers who really don’t know the importance of this topic because not everyone can afford the memebership .
