Hi doc, tanong ko lng po kc sa pg iintindi ko kaya nga bumabalik sa dentist every month for adjustment kc po yung dentist ko sa una lng kinacut yung wire ko every month nung tumagal na nag chachange nlang nung rubber so sakin po pagkaintindi baka po piniperahan na ako ng dentist kc nga di na sya nag ccut ng wire every month kc nga pg ganun edi hndi na sya mkaka pera pag mabilis mag align ng ngipin ko tyaka di ko po sure kung legit na dentist po yung akin kc sa bahay lng sya gumagawa sana po ma pansin mo at mareplyan mo ako salamat po
Hi Karen Tibon, I’m glad to be of help. Begin by looking at either the License Certification or PRC website. You can learn if your dentist is listed.
And to answer your questions regarding your braces, usually may total amount na binibigay sa pasyente how much the braces would cost no matter how long or short the treatment will be.
And yes it should be adjusted every month or depends on the level of the treatment you are with. At kapag nasa alignment stage pa lang, yes we do ligatise change.

yun nga po kc sa palagy q kaya matagal mag align yung dalawang ngipin ko sa gitna kc nga di niya inaadjust yung wire tpos lately nga po parang hndi na ganun ka dikit yung cement nya kc same na brackets pa rin ang palaging na tatangal ngumuya lng aq ng kanin na tanggal na sya agad pero the rest na brackets hndi nman since 2019 kapit na kapit p din di ko lng sure kung nag palit sya ng cement na hndi kapit 😪
Hi ate @@karentibon5212 pwede mo ask anong full name nya. And if you are still in doubt, it is better to know ur dentist credentials.
Usually kasi braces can run up to 2-3 yrs or even longer depende sa case. And kung madali ng matanggal ang brackets kylngn lng i-replace ang cement or the bracket itself. Better to ask your dentist para mas maipaliwanag nya sayo kung ano procedure na kayo.
But if hindi ka satisfy sa nangyayari you can always ask her to remove it and look for a dentist na siguradong lisensyado. Stay safe and God bless! ❤️
Hala same po di ko alam kung legit dentist siya kasi sa bahay lang din gumagawa, pero sabi madami na daw nag papaayos don at okay naman don. Medyo natatakot lang po ako kasi panget talaga ipin ko, hindi ko alam kung maayos nga ba ito don. Natatakot ako baka pagalitan ako ng mama ko, kasi anlaki din ng 5k na nilabas ko

Halos same lang mag kabit ang DIY BRACES AT LEGIT DENTIST Base on may experience wala naman ngyari na panget sa ipin ko 😊 yung up ko po sa Legit Dentist yung down DIY lang halos 2 years din wala naman ngyari na iba ok naman at talagang may pag babago umaayos ang ipin ko po .

Hello po doc,ngayon ko lang po napanood ang video na ito.. Isa po ako sa may DIY braces ngayon halos 6 months na din po ako meron ngayon nagpakabit po ako noong November tapos kada 3 months lang po ako pumupunta sa nagkakabit ng brace dahil medyo malayo po sa amin at malaki ang gastos sa pamasahe taga Cavite po ko sa Indang tapos sya po ay sa Dasmariñas.Yung tao pong ito ay nahanap lang po namin sa internet at dahil mura po ang pagpapa brace nya kase po di po tlga namin kaya sa dentist eh sa kagustuhan ko lang po talaga na maging maayos ang ngipin ko.. may sungki po akong isa at yun po ang gusto ko maayos.. now I already watched your video, di na po ako magdadalawang isip na ipatanggal ko na ito kase natatakot ako sa consequences na pede mangyari.. 🥺🥺

hi doc..doc delikado rin po ba ung gagamitin sa DIY Braces kung gagamitin ko po twise a week lng po then tatanggalin ko po kapag gabi?..sana mapansin gob blesss you doc.
Nag DIY braces ako 9 years ago for only 9 months, inalis ko sya ako mismo nagtangal kasi napansin ko na parang naghihiwalay un mga ngipin ko😩nagbayad ako ng 3k dun sa nagkabit ng braces ko nuon.Alam nyo na ngyari sa ngipin ko yung itaas na gums ko pumaling sya hindi na sya pantay sa babang gums,totoong nakakapang sis hindi ko alam na mas masisira papala un alignment ng teeth ko😫 then ngayon lang ako nakapag pa brace after 9 years...kung alam ko lang ang ganda na sana nuon ng alignment ng ngipin ko naginarte lang ako nuon kaya nagpa kabit ako ng fake brace😢
Ngayon nasa legal nako na dentista...at sana maayos un alignment ng teeth ko🙏🏻

So can the braces be dangerous if they aren’t tightened and if power chains aren’t used? Just sitting on the teeth? Please answer because my sister has them
Hi Tracey Williams, thank you for your question. Every mouth is different, so there is no one way of knowing how often your braces need to be adjusted. But it is necessary to make regular visits every 4-6 weeks in order to monitor the movement of your teeth. Otherwise, your teeth may shift in an unwanted direction, which may affect the overall health of your teeth. This may even extend treatment time.

@@thetoothdoKtor I didn’t word my question correctly, I’m so sorry. I meant fake braces. My sister has some but they aren’t tightened they just sit there for fashion. She doesn’t use power chains on them but she does use the normal ligature ties. Is this any safer because it’s not tight on the teeth?
@Tracey Williams, DIY Braces and Fashion Braces are almost the same. They may seem like a harmless fashion statement, but the truth is they pose a serious danger to teeth. The only person that should be applying any kind of appliance to the teeth is a certified orthodontist or a Dentist practicing orthodontics.

Doc sana naman mabigyan moko ng libreng braces . Diko kase tlaga afford yan haha. Nahihiya kase ako ngumiti kase yung ngipin ko sa taas e paatras sya. Wala akong confident ngumiti lalo na pag kaharap yung mga taong firstime ko lang nameet.
