Is it possible for an employer to tell his employees who are on a 3 year visa that he will not renew their visas while keeping those on a 5 year visa.
If it is possible, what options do you think are available for those on the said 3 year visa.

@ it’s like you don’t know license get revoked, once your company license is revoked you need to look for another company that can sponsor you before home office writes to you to leave Uk
