Yes, excellent phone, and I doubt the F4 or F5 will be remembered in 3 years time. By the way the F3 will get Hyper OS, based on Android 13, it's expected this month or next.

Your Wrong ! Hyper Os is coming to the Poco F3 with Android 13 Check Xoami List of Hyper Os on older devices, My Poco F3 never heats up when not playing games there is normal heat up as with all phones.

Still rocking my 256 GB Poco F3 for 3 years now. Next march it will be 4 years and i will still love it. ❤
how about the battery brother? it's still good?
@happyplaytime5437 so far it's good. When full charged It holds up for a day for basic use and for heavy gaming it holds up for like 3 or maybe 4 hours the last time i remember (I don't play on it anymore). I do experience some overheating in summer but other than that I'm still satisfied.

@@gameplayodyssey yes it's still good but right now i wouldn't recommend buying it at this point not because it's slow now (it's still fast), but because it's getting old and i would recommend a Xiaomi that is released in late 2024 or 2025.
I bought it for $280, used it for 2 years and sold it again for $180. Probably the most value product I've ever used.
Planning on buying one around 190$. I am planning to use custom rom on it.
I just bought it used for around 100 euros, loving it so far!
If you have a 8/256 I have to say it's one of the most future proofed phones ever made, I got mine when it first came out for under £200 and it does play gebshin on ultra at 55fps, alot of custom ROM support and parts and battery's are cheap after the F4 everything went downhill and expensive fast so maybe the F8 / K80 but I feel it still has a good 2 years of gaming left and probably more for other stuff especially with a custom ROM. You can upgrade the battery to 5000mah 33w but you need to solder the chip off the old battery. nohin has 2024 produced quality battery's that are about 10 dollars but I feel my battery is fine. I use mine with a nilkin fosted case then an inywind screen protector but it can with a self adhesive cam bezel protector that looks good and perfectly fits with the case also came with a as textured back protector.
Have had to change the case and screen protector once but I have abused mine alot and bit a search so very well made.
But I was not impressed with any other Poco phones I couldn't the F6 and F6pro
I doubt I will buy Xiaomi another time as they have gone to crap will prob buy a CN ROM phone and flash it or keep it standard and yes even a locked CN ROM you can change to English and install Google services and whatever.
The X6pro could have been a good phone as it was the K70E but they had to cheapen it by downgrading the cooling system, 500mha less battery, slower charging, and a plastic back that does not fit so well Vs the K70Es glass back.
Probably one of the best android phones ever made for the price, and it still has a solid B rating in nano review the SD870 is a great chip and over the years the GB6 tests have only gone up and up.
Good quality Samsung ram and ROM, screen made by Samsung, good speakers with Dolby Atmos. Don't care about wireless charging and 33w is fast enough.
I use it with the redmi buds 4pro I got for free and a Xiaomi mini 33w 10,000mha battery.
I also have USBC adapters so I can use an SD card or use wired headphones while charging and such.
I guess if someone makes a custom ROM 3d print a new back and put in some big battery's and a heat sync then ivercloxk it then it would still be great.
Never owned a phone for so long that feels better than most out of the box mid range androids still to this day and I don't have plans to upgrade anytime soon. It would be nice if they found a way to mod the cam as spare Xiaomi back camera clusters are cheap and most use the same ribbon cable type.
The F4 was just an F3 with a different shape and faster charging but the upgraded it to android 14, they could have done the same for the F3.

Got some heating issues and battery drain issues.
I am sure you already done this, try shutting off and turning back on or restarting using the volume down and power key . This fixed some issues and now it is super smooth. Also worth checking the battery options .
That's why you don't use hyper OS it sucks in many ways
Still using my Poco F3! I mainly bought it for gaming and it handles games without problems. The battery has degraded, but that's to be expected and it is pretty easy to find a battery replacement anyway.
I've Been using the F3 for years now and now and from what i experience. the ultrawide and macro is not good and the main camera struggles in low light condition but performs well on daylight.
from gaming when playing genshin impact it gets very hot when doing spiral abyss usually 44 to 48 but for explorations it's ok.
watching movies or series is a great experience especially when there are times that i dont use headset and 2 speakers give an immersive that give a compact surround sound experience.

I just bought one. Still looks new. This replaces my Poco X3 NFC.
I have the top model 8+256GB poco f3 and besides a few minor software glitches like with the gallery draining battery (I use Piktures now), it's been GREAT. It still looks sexy, is super smooth, can play Alien Isolation at high settings, doesn't heat THAT much. I changed the battery twice, I know it inside and out and it's a great machine. For the low prices we can find it today, it's a great deal. Some people say that the cameras are meh, I disagree, if you're just an occasional shooter, and if you're aware of the limitations and how to properly utilize it, you can get very satisfactory pics!

My f3 after 3 years of my hardcore use started bootlooping last week. In the repair shop it took 10 usd to fix the motherboard and i got a new battery for 15 usd and after the fixes its running smoothly as before

I've got the F3 and still runs like new. In the UK we updated to HyperOS about 2 weeks ago.

You should be comparing poco f3 to s20 fe not s10e. Personally I wemt for the s20 fe and my only issue was the screen I had to change after a year.

I still love my Poco F3. Bought in Dec 2021. ❤ Still using it as my 2nd phone now. And there's no other phone that has the same really small size front cam.

I got hyperos update just today even it shows February..
2.even m hard user it gives me mostly 6 + hours on repeatedly pubg
And 10+ normal use.
Camera amazing still
Heating issues yes but i understand how to control just need fan during playing pubg it never reach hear level
Ads issues only first day happened after i done setting. Never ever had in any system app.
For me after more then 2 years it still flagship

Wow didn't expect that you'll be doing a video for POCO F3 in 2024, anyways I'm still using my POCO F3 until now the only thing that i have a little problem with it is the camera performance for me the contrast is too high so i use Gcam and Pixel Config to make my photos looks good. And the battery well it's normal to degrade the battery but yeah i replaced it on February 2024 with a new one and original and guess what my battery is back to normal which is i can use up to 10-13hours screen on time with normal usage, Scrolling social media, slight gaming, Listening music. About the software it's sad that it wont receive android 14 update but if you have a knowledge about Unlocking the bootloader, Installing custom rom you wont having a problem with updates, cause now I'm running on PixelOS Android 14 and it's so stable and good for daily drive 🥰 so yeah i still love my POCO F3 performance still a beast 🔥 POCO F3 + Custom ROM is on another level, Pure stock android= you'll see the full potential of the F3

Correction for 5:25, HyperOS for POCO F3 just came out on Global today (for limited regions for now), and will gonna come out to other regions as well sometime in this month or maybe next or so, though it's still android 13, not android 14 like the other HyperOS Xiaomi phones out there.
Updated to HyperOS and it rocks! It's faster after 3 years!
One thing i noticed about the F3 is that the punch hole is the front facing camera is being expanded by software. When I'm in video calls using messenger and i minimize messenger there is a white vignette caused by the brightness of the screen and you can visibly see the difference of the hole punch size.
Do you have a glass screen protector installed ? This causes the same issue for me . However with a film protector no such issue
i’ve just Recently bought my redmi k40 with global(poco) rom on it at lazada. It’s the same phone as poco f3 and i’m enjoying it. It’s adaptive color feature is great because newer poco devices doesn’t have it.
Still rocking the F3 up to this date. I love this device. Rock solid and doesn't want to die (except for the battery). Been droped several times, plunge into water, using while taking a bath, boy this thing is like a swiss knife. And just now I receive the HyperOS update (which i will never do). Nothing can beat this device. the price to performance ratio is astonishing!

I have this phone for 2 years now bought it in early 2022 for gaming and editing and iam a heavy user in early days this used to run almost any game maxed out and gave me 7hrs screen on time but currently the battery has degraded a lot this summer phone heats like crazy while charging i needa charge it twice when i uses it all day but cpu's performance hasn't dropped that much i dont play genshin but i do play switch games regularly

I was just started using this year and what i've seen is very superb especially one camera and software using gcam. The gcam, i was using config file to make perfect phone for poco f3 even stabilization in 60 FPS and also the picture.
Thanks man , I really wanted this phone when its out , but i go for a 13 Pro Max instead , this might be a good phone for my secondary phone , for playing games and watching movies

Update, the speed boost was short lived it is back to normal again after about a few weeks of use . Probably a full reset will boost the performance again.

Hey adam, thankyou for the video! I have used the poco f3 numerous times in the last year s someone i know owns one and it is still a great phone. The charger issue has affected him a couple of times and it is annoying as hell but it all seems to work fine for a midrange phone thats 3 years old.

got my pocof3 in the start of 2022,changed it in January, my battery was glitching and dying randomly, I loved the storage tho. Typing this on pocof3 cuz I had to use it for something, definitely not holding up the best but for someone that uses their phone less than me I'd say it's probably holding up good

F3 User here, worst part about the Phone is the virtual proximity sensor for sure, and right after that the camera. Everything else is solid after two years of use.

I just got one from my uncle after he upgraded his phone. It still looks brand new, so I enjoyed my experience. 120 hz, high performance, its great.
P.S. The holes on the top of the phone are speakers.
My Mi 9T is still working well 😊 the all screen is a pleasure to look at, the 60hz is just not cutting it for me anymore 😅 I use it as my navigation while driving, I now have a very modern all screen gps 😂
still using my Poco F3... and trust me it still is a beast... Yeah battery backup isn't great now but still getting 5/5:30hr SOT .... performance is still lag free ..smooth.... Display still is rock solid🔥
The downside is the Camera. You can feel that this phone has aged a bit.
And the stereo speakers are just MEH.

Also the stereo speaker feels kinda mid now because my mom uses Samsung Galaxy A54 .. and the speaker quality of that 🔥 damn good. Also F3 heats up quite a lot.. But SD 870 .. hands down the best till this date!

I still have my Poco f3 n I m using also Xiaomi 13t but I love to enjoy more with Poco f3, superb phone till now. Snapdragon 870 still Rocks n day to day usage is still like yum yum. Battery n charging is very relaxing,no fear of decreasing battery percentage like uncle apple do. Display is awesome. Each n everything is just like excellent. Love it❤

hyper os is coming for f3 with android 13. Hyper os for china version K40 is already released for Mi pilot testers. It will come for f3 in may. So we have a chance to experience hyper os.

Still using it since launched and I can't see any difference in daily usage compared with the new phones this 2024.
i'm sure there is Gcam ports for F3 with properly working EIS in video. Even my RN 10 Pro supports EIS in 4k while stock don't..

I'm still using the F2 Pro as 2nd phone. who would though the phone from 2020 will be that good back then with 5G network, 8k Video capture, liquid cooling, class back panels & the classic pop-up selfie cam 😂 . anyway, my daughter is using the POCO F3. 😊
I watched this vidéo with my poco F3. It's still a good, versatile smartphone. For the price i brougth it, the F3 seems to have a better finish and presentation than later version F4, F5, ...,F6. My main complaint is it small battery < 5000mah... But

I had a Poco F3 and i absolutely loved it... it was one of the best phones i had used but one day while i was using it, it died even tho it had 80% charging. It never turned on again. I took it to Mi service center and they told me they'll have to change the motherboard and it would be more worth it to buy a new phone instead cuz i'll lose all my data 🤦♂

My Poco f3's ram dead 5 months ago, after using it for 1 Year and 8 months have to replace the whole motherboard 😭and the flagship killer name and budget game phone dead with the Poco f3, The new killer game phone and performance for money will be Infinix gt 20 pro. With support 120fps in PUBG mobile
This is exactly what happened to me and most Poco F3 users, and if you are talking about a new motherboard, most of them are from non-working phones. I ditched the Poco phone and replaced it with a Samsung S21 Plus.

Changed once last two months and the battery is draining super quick..😢
Look for my other post or search for android battery recalibration...it will solve your issues as it has done it for me with my poco F3...it shouldnt be that bad after only 3y so its probably just an android calibration issues and involves discharging and charging it from 0-100% in an turned off state to solve it.

Left poco about 2 months ago and exchanged for a Oneplus 9 12/256 with box yeah it's a lot better but i regret playing games on that phone if you never play games on that i can assure you that phone is just some other level phone especially speaker and battery is far better than my oneplus if compared with both of them at brand new condition will not miss it but a great phone and the only phone i brought by selling another phone and the only phone i brought with my own money
Hv been an F3 user since preorder, and now the battery can last less than 4 hours from 100%. The phone always overheat and warm when idle. Rip my F3…
1:12 really agree, newer poco have this massive ahh camera bump. Like really massive, imagine having a camera bump which takes almost 1/3 of the back of the phone.
Honestly, if they could slap a newer processor, improve battery size, better camera, LTPO Amoled, and keep everything else as it is and called it poco f7, i would definitely buy it 100%

I've had my Poco F3 since 2022 and it's been working like a charm, but the new HyperOS update messed with my battery life so please keep that in mind! It's like Xiaomi is trying to push me out of my phone :(

my poco f3 got water after i stupidly using waterproof improperly to swim with the phone end up changing the screen to cheap tft so still considering should i change back to original since have money and screen have crack or should i save for a new phone?
HyperOS did bring something new, but also has bugs...it restarts whenever some apps are opened.
