We have all done and said things we wish we could take back. Or have acted a certain way and later said "gosh, why did I behave like that"? Unfortunately, getting back together seldom works. People say it's for the child, but if you are constantly bickering or living under a stressful situation, that is NOT good for the child, teen, pets, etc. Better to regroup, set priorities, keep a calendar, pay bills and get things back on track for you.

My parents got divorced after 20 years of marriage. they worked for 20 years! when it came to it though... they just couldnt see themselves together for another 20 and now I have 2 amazing step parents and families. I know where you are coming from, but u cant write off someone just because they got divorced.
