It's debatable from me to you reached no one on the BBC's official billboard charts in may 63 it's a question that often pops up in quizzes and please please me often is the bug bearer but George Martin did say them historical words and we were blessed with an array of glorious moments and music by them

Always believed that the Beatles were amazing, but it turns out that just amazing doesn't get halfway to describing them because they were absolute geniuses and you make it all come alive, Mike. Thank you.

I've known these songs for more than 50 years. I played basic barre chords for ages. But every time I watched footage of them in concert, I wondered what they were playing. I finally know! Thank you for this gift!

The thing for a solo guitarist at home practicing is, which part are you gonna play/learn, you almost have to choose which one to learn unless you're an octopus. If you get good enough you can kind of play a compromise of both.

The more I listen to Please, Please Me the more I think it’s their greatest song. I’m pretty sure I first heard this about a month after JFK’s assassination. For that generation, the Beatles pulled a lot of young people out of the shock and gloom of that horrible event.

Mike, just found you. You make everything very understandable. You're quite an impressive artist yourself. "Please, Please Me" is one of my very favorite early Beatles songs. You fill in the blanks with chord illustrations others don't. I now have a much better understanding of the John-George bi-play. The splitscreen and the final version of yours is outstanding. Thank you very much for keeping John and George alive!

11/30/22 Fantastic job recreating all the authentic detail and all the correct "Beatles Chord-Shapes", that they used in all their early songs. Even what seems at first to be a simple Beatles song, is embellished with all sorts of hidden, complex detail, that may be buried in the recordings, but can be seen and heard I n live performances. No other band ever played better when live, than The Beatles, and you always replicate that perfectly. Thank you for your great work.

"Please Please Me" was the first Beatles song I heard. I loved it right away. It had a lot of energy and was really different than anything playing on the radio in those days. I listened to it on my car radio one night coming home from a date. I was 18 and living in Menlo Park, Ca. Kept the car radio playing as I parked my car in the driveway. It was 1963. A DJ on KYA radio (San Francisco) brought a record over from England. Said the Beatles were a big hit in Great Britain. Then he said too bad we'll probably never get to hear much of the Beatles here in the U.S. even though they were a great band. LOL!

Another amazing lesson and accurate performance of a Beatles song. The music is so perfect, I don’t even mind your singing! lol. And you get extra credit for the George Lucas effect in the lower left box. 2 of you singing in harmony, in sync and can’t even tell that you layered it. As a professional video editor, I’m impressed.

David Dickmeyer - Thanks for noticing that. And for the record - each video takes me 5 or 6 days working from 9am to 10 or 11pm. Research. Learning. Perfecting. Memorizing. Scripting. Videotaping. Recording. Audio Editing. Post production. Video editing. PhotoShop chord block creating. Inserting. Rendering. Finalizing. Mastering. And then uploading.
