How to Stretch and Release the Iliopsoas | Thigh Pain | Groin Pain

- The iliopsoas muscle is misused by many of us: we have a wrong posture when sitting, we sit for too long, we stand with a hollow back, we exercise our abdominal muscles in a wrong way...
I am an ergonomics expert and a posture therapist. In this video, I will show you
- how to sit at work, and why you don't want a kneeling chair that will hollow your back;
- why standing with a hollow back (excessive lordosis) is painful (also have a look at this video on how to walk: • Posture Therapist Show... );
- how to stretch the iliopsoas muscle with a clinically validated exercise designed so that you don't hurt yourself.
Remember to always stretch within your comfort zone, and to hold the position for one minute.

This might be me. I haven’t been able to walk in 2 days freely. I sat on my legs at the beach and my lower back went and now the pain is in my right groin making it extremely difficult to be mobile 😢😫

I've had bother with a burning / sciatica type pain in my groin and in my bum . I hurt my back when I was 19 and I'm now 52 .. I do various stretches to keep myself mobile as I'm a Joiner/ Carpenter to trade. This sensation feels like someone has pulled my leg very hard and it feels unhinged if that makes sense..
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The pain I would describe is a burning sensation and is in my groin , buttocks and lower back.. It seems to be all over but I would say its centrally between my hips and lower spine.
I think myself it could be nerve pain?

My testicles are also in pain with groin and.lower back.
Sometimes, such pain is due to pelvic floor muscles. Can be due to an accident, a fall, etc. but it's often linked with prolonged slouching: try and correct your sitting posture (th-cam.com/video/HY8IkWw8FKs/w-d-xo.html) and see if things get better... if not, get a doctor's advice to rule out every other cause
Sir, I’m Driving truck and have similar pain and born with holo back , and feel cold some time in leg and now have swelling in legs get pain in muscles , I get blood tests done is all normal and I start exercise but not much change. Wearing compression socks then bit fine . Feel heavy on legs . 5,10 ft height and my weight is 98 what I do please advise me sir please thank you .
