for those who don’t know, it’s pandan(the an is pronounced as un like in pun, so pundun). This flavoring comes from the fragrant leaves of the pandan plant. My favorite pandan flavored food would in the form of like paste, can be used for fillings for like mooncake and steamed buns or pandan jelly and pandan layered cakes.

@Toast, Pandan (pronounced with a hard "a" like "ah") is a leaf very common in Malaysia and it adds fragrance and flavour to things you cook it with. You could take a couple of leaves and put it inside the rice cooker with rice and as the rice cooks, you get a very nice fragrant cooked rice. One of the most Malaysian of Malaysian foods is called Nasi Lemak and it uses Pandan infused rice.
