I remember making waffles with my family and the waffles are supposed to be like crispy and Golden brown but not burnt but at least they tried and had a fun time making these ;)) Tips -to make them have flavor my parents would add those pink vanilla sugar packets we use one or two of them -since we make a big batch we use a small bowl and we put like the same amount of sugar as the size of the bowl if that makes sense;)) -The consistency of the waffles are not supposed to be undercooked like if the mix is not fully cooked, it’s supposed to be like crispy cake once you let the mix cook for a little longer on medium heat not high heat cuz if you don’t watch it carefully then your waffle will burn -The mix is not supposed to have left over flour so mix it well, the batter should be like pancake mix but not clumpy with the left over flour Correct me if I’m wrong but those are the only tips I remember making waffles with my family since we make our recipe different ;))
