This is probably the first time in my life I see a run ending and I genuinely have no fucking idea what happened and how. All I know is that it started at 12:02 Edit: Okay, I figured it out, he used his reverse Wheel of Fortune? (which does a random dice room effect) and I guess the dice room was One, which rerolls all your currently held items, and I guess one of his items became Missing No which eventually rerolled one of his items into TMTrainer and after it rerolled again, since TMTrainer cannot be rerolled, all of his item became "corrupted" which somehow killed him. What a sequence
He blew up on the bombs that kept spawning underneath him. Thanks to tmtrainer, yeah. You can see his health being 3 soul hearts the room prior, and then it naturally drops to zero due to rapid high pressure air expansion.
I look away the first 5 seconds so that I don't get spoiled. The monkey noises maggot makes don't make me want to mald about dog editor's choice to spoil everything tho
