I think what makes his armour in past films feel so real is in the first few films of Iron Man (mostly the first film) we see how he designs and builds his suit. How he tests them and tries them out. I like his Nano-Tech suit and if you watch the 3rd Iron Man you can see how his Bumblebee Suit was the start to the leading up of his nano-tech suit in Infinity War and Endgame and I like that. But I get what you mean as well his past suits feel more real and I think its because we never witnessed Stark testing designs for nano-technology.

I think it's the best ending for Thanos, he failed after putting up a massive super climatic fight, and now it's over and they don't need so super dramatic action packed death. Thanos has one goal and that is to eliminate half the universe. He tried his best to kill the Avengers but in the end failed so Thanos excepted his fate because he wants to get rid of half the universe and is always thinking that they should except what happens to them because it's a greater cause. If Thanos starting screaming and crying about himself dying then he would be a huge hypocrite, besides Thanos was just tired and needed to rest in his last moments, no one want him just yelling and running around trying to fight more, that would have no purpose. People acting like Cap wouldn't have done the same. Tony was the only one capable of doing it, thats why he did it. Im sure if Cap had the gauntlet or had an iron man suit he would've saved the earth.

That was such a anticlimactic moment though I thought they could have done so much better- Thanos' death. I mean, after all that epic fighting, he just sits down and turns to dust? What was that?

I think it's the best ending for Thanos, he failed after putting up a massive super climatic fight, and now it's over and they don't need so super dramatic action packed death. Thanos has one goal and that is to eliminate half the universe. He tried his best to kill the Avengers but in the end failed so Thanos excepted his fate because he wants to get rid of half the universe and is always thinking that they should except what happens to them because it's a greater cause. If Thanos starting screaming and crying about himself dying then he would be a huge hypocrite, besides Thanos was just tired and needed to rest in his last moments, no one want him just yelling and running around trying to fight more, that would have no purpose. He isn't crazy and just knew that he lost so Thanos just sat down and probably thought about his life a bit and then dies. It was a quiet but good moment

Captain America is a soldier, treats everyone as soldier, asks them to die if needed. Ironman is a visionary, who takes death as last option, he always try to figure out a way out, he foresees the future, invents tech accordingly, and prepare not just himself, but the world for the future threats. Best part of Ironman is, he learns from his mistakes. Millions of soldiers are ready to do the sacrifice play, where it's just only one Ironman.
At the end of endgame, Falcon became Captain America, but no one can ever become Ironman. That's what a legend is. People don't get inspired to die like Captain America, but get inspired to live like Tony Stark.
He's just not Genius, Billionaire, Playboy, Philanthropist, but great human, visionary, inspiring personality, & legendary Ironman.
