Yeah, the noise would be a real problem for me. I suppose you could cut it down some if the fence was replaced with something higher but even if the building code allowed it there's no way it will cancel all the road noise. Which is a real shame as that pool area is meant to be enjoyed.

Thank you Adam. I've just started to take care of my Deck with Schaeffers! My deck is so nice and sturdy now, that it can easily hold few nice realtor in high hills. Not only one by one for a quick visit, but also all together for a long lasting party. And when the ladies are tired, they will have just to sit and relax on my deck while I take care of the rest! With Shaeffers my life's really changed!

It amazes me how much more value for money some of these "cheaper" houses have over ones 2- 3 times more expensive. That is a great house I could see myself living in. Love how they didnt waste the space under the stairs and made it a bar.
This is by far the best house toured as of yet. The flow throughout the house is quite something. What an amazing outdoor oasis retreat & all this in the heart of Beverly Hills. Perfect for anyone seeking privacy (as in a celebrity) without compromising space, but not feeling lost. I just luv it...feels & looks like a super ubber highend lux 5 stars resort. For some reason this outdoor space reminds me of southern coastal Florida not west coast, L.A. Thx Michael & Adam for the tour.... I visited Prada Marfa a few months ago. It's in the middle of nowhere Texas. Marfa and Fort Davis, TX are neat places. I suggest everyone make the drive. Attend a Star Party at the nearby McDonald Observatory as well!
