I am happy watching your channel as I am seeing a country I have wanted to visit. We lived in the Philippines for 2 yrs. when my husband was in US Air Force. He had to go to Thailand when we were closing bases there for a few months. He loved it and told me so many wonderful stories about the people, food, and country. The photos he took were just so beautiful. Your view as an American and your Thai husband gives such a diverse look of what life is really like in Thailand. Thanks . I will keep watching!

Hi Lilly! I’ve written to you before from NIAGARA FALLS area in Canada. My daughter Stephanie got married in Thailand two years ago I was telling you. Just found out that the wedding took place on the island that you are leaving. She spent three weeks there and Bali for her honey moon as well as a previous trip to the mainland. She now has a one year old daughter named River, but her wanderlust has not been curbed! Baby has already been to both coast lines of Canada as well as Mexico! The next destination is Scotland in September. I live through them vicariously! Travelling is in our blood. I wish your family all the very best in your new adventure! 🥰❤️

We spent several days in Surat Thani city in 2016 and wish we’d had more time there. Hope to go back someday. My youngest was an exchange student with a wonderful family there. We still call them Thai mom and Thai dad. They took the students all over Thailand. Such an amazing place. My child ended up staying 4 more years in Bangkok to get BA degree. It was so much more affordable than the US. On our trip we visited a beautiful national park near Surat, Koh Pangnon, Koh Samui, and Koh Tau, and of course Bangkok. We hope to go back to Thailand and spend several months exploring now that we’re retired.
