This is a keeper for me! What I love most is that the easiest gimbap can simplify my life. I can’t get Korean rice at the market we have so I’m using Puerto Rican medium grain that’s seems a good choice. It’s light and fluffy.

We do this twice a month, at least. Never had avocado or the roe but just about anything we like. Need to find the crab meat. The grocery stores here don't carry it. I think it's time for Gimbap!😋😋😋
