Before the outbreak of Covid-19 I was lucky enough to take a 5 day vacation to Zanzibar. I stayed at Sipano beach lodge, which is right on the beach. Every morning after waking up I had breakfast at the restaurant, after which I enjoyed the the time on break drinking coconuts and relaxing on the hammock. For lunch I had many options, as there are many restaurants, all in a row next to each other.
With a heavy Italian presence on the Island , you get anything from Pizza,seafood to hamburgers and local cuisine.The locals are very friendly and helpful, and Zanzibar is a very safe place. I would highly recommend you visit if it is a beach holiday you are looking for!
