Alright for those of you who arent from FL, those 1st few clips ARE DEFINATLY NOT FL. No where off the shore here is the water clear like the bahamas are or like in those clips. Nor is there any big cliffs near the beach here AND the sand isnt that color anywhere on floridas shore. Definatly somewhere far from here.

I live in the keys and I completely disagree. The water some places here is just as if not more clear than I have seen it in the Bahamas. The sand isn’t that color though, nowhere in Florida (that I know of) has that yellow colored sand.
@@justinlongo9566 yeah some parts of the keys or just off shore of the keys on some near by islands in certain times of the year are some would say crystal clear. But i have yet to see water like in those clips anywhere here.

YTS The Good Lyfes no some wouldn’t say it’s crystal clear, I am telling you that it is just like those videos. I have my own boat I go fishing on as often as I can here and I see this constantly. I live in it. I have also been to the Bahamas many times. It’s the same looking water.

People think that in order to afford a place like this you have to get good grades so you can get into a good university, get $100k in debt, for a piece of paper to tell other companies who don't care about you how much you're worth. They think that they have to waste away their lives and become doctors and lawyers in their late 30s, save a lot of money and get the dream house when you're old and retired, so you can feel successful by living the life that your parents And friends wanted you to live instead of your own dreams. And it is ALL wrong!
You'll never be able to afford a place like this following that plan. Instead of doing what everybody is doing, do something different and change peoples' lives while you're at it. When you solve someones problems they ll pay you money for it. A lot of money for it. In other words, become an entrepreneur. Stop wasting away your life, and live the life that you want.
Look up names like grant Cardone, Sam ovens, tony Robbins, Tim Ferris, Dan Lok, etc. And accept that you know nothing (I know it sounds harsh, but the truth will set you free) because the school system didn't prepare you for the real world. Or go to my channel idk. Hopefully I was able to teach you something useful today, thank you!

We bought a holidays house in Florida 2 years ago, and my husband was crazy about lake front houses. I had a new born baby BOY at the time. Every time we were visiting one lake front house all I could think was ALLIGATORS and my soon-to-be-adventurous boy. I got so crazy afraid we ended up buying a house in a nice and cozy gated community with lots of forests around. Best choice ever. No gators around my baby, thanks...

This house is absolutely gorgeous. I love waterfront homes. I didn't get why every sink and tub they showed the water was running. This would definitely be something I would purchase. Price is steep but definitely worth it.

honestly the best videos other than the ones that ty posts i find are best without words and i also find that Canada its housing market it lame compared to anywhere else in the world i would absolutely love it if the houses got way bigger plus the states housing market has went way down and Canada is kinda pricey compared the amount of space you get in the beautiful designed homes in the us and other places in the world the speaking at the beginning of the videos kills it makes me change it and not even watch the video

I love this turn key. The thought of the idea that I don't have to hire an interior decorator is a plus. What bothers me is the annual property tax. It's probably $200 grand a year.

Ah I'd definitely redo the inground pool and make it a regular pool,I don't want an infinity pool and I'd definitely make it a Chlorine pool if it isn't already and I'd put plush carpeting through out the house.

I can afford this, so let me tell you: I'm an entrepreneur.
The old home tour in my channel is of a 6M house lake view in Switzerland, where my company is and where I was living as a single woman. Now I use it in winter for ski and rent out for friends during ski season. I bought it at age 27.
Now I'm 35 and live between two addresses: a 5M penthouse in Madrid (Spain) and a 2M house in Brussels (Belgium) with my husband and baby son. For holidays we also own a 3M house in Cannes (South of France), a 1M house in Orlando - FL, and we are finishing a stunning house of 2M sea front in (Koh Samui) Thailand. And many others that are for long and short term rent that we don't use for living. So, technically we can afford it.
Both, my husband and I are entrepreneurs and I have started my first company at age 19. My husband, at age 16. We met 3 years ago and ''joined forces'' and we have our old separated businesses and now more 3 companies together as partners. My husband is graduated from Chicago Business School and I have a degree in Business from Zurich.
Rarely someone with a job can afford a house like this, even a very good job. Find solutions people would pay for having, or a product they might need and start a company from there. That's what I will advise my kids too. :)
