If uiui didn't come in clutch and teleported the injured away, people would still complain. Whoever is asking questions like this have their kaisen jujuitsued
Ong
And even then theres not a 100% chance that they will come back and fight sukuna or even survive
@@pedroselmomoraisaimi643I believe in Kusakabe and Yuta surviving, that’s it. Higuruma is confirmed dead (with his ct dissipating and such, and I won’t comment on Gojo out of fear and grief.
That being said, if Kusakabe pulls a Mai for Miwa and like, takes her potential stopping binding vow as he dies, maybe makes one where his death makes her stronger or something then I wouldn’t complain. Kusakabe should die for Miwa.
Honestly it doesn't matter that much in terms of money anyway since it seems to be last arc of the series anyway. If kusakabe etc alive, it's purely to make the ending slightly happier.
Funny...i imagine most ppl like this never expected the shibuya incident to happen like it did
The jujutsu was the kaisen we made along the way.
Domain expansion: Jujutsu Kaisen
Oda and Gege have one too many drinks and decide to both end their show like this.
@@jcnot9712oh nah 💀💀
I have not jujutsu and made no kaisen 😔
I find it funny, because for all the chapters ever since Gojo died, everyone (that I know) have just been wondering how the hell they're gonna beat Sukuna and have actually thought Sukuna is gonna be the winner, to me that feels like the opposite of "no stakes".
When Chainsaw man and Jujutsu kaisen became more popular shounens have change a looooooot ! They pretty much pushed the boundaries of what you can do in shounen.
I think that jjk is one of the best manga/anime for having steaks. One of my biggest complaints of anime is that when ever someone dies they always come back. And I hope that Gojo and nobara don’t come back because I think that jjk is so popular that if no one comes back I think that other anime and manga will start not bringing ever character back. In demon slayer was about to “kill” nezuko I wasn’t worried because of the anime trope that no one dies, but in jjk I don’t feel that way I am actually scared that anyone could die (except yuji I don’t think he’s gonna die)
I yapped
Yeah I agree it's why I find it weird when people don't like that characters are dying and sukuna is too overwhelming for them. Like isn't that what we want? Shouldn't everything feel hopeless before they save the day if they do?
It’s one of the only shonens ive watched that genuinely makes me unsure if the good guys are gonna survive, let alone win
It definitely has a lot of juicy steaks 😂
@@getflipped4932on the other side of the spectrum a too powerful enemy when defeated would feel like an asspull to a lot.
And characters dying a lot is ok but its only worth it when they character arc is done. Its ok if u leave one or two dead without completed character arcs or a well displayed death but do a quick offscreen ot 1 panel death too often and it feels lazy writing. I think those are the problems of people you are talking about.
When the JJK anime first aired, the most common compliment was that JJK was not like other Shonen. Nobara not falling in love with anyone,Sukuna not helping Yuji,Yuji taking Ls where he should've,the list goes on.
Its not. I FULLY expected Jumpei to become the "Sasuke" of the story, I was legit shocked he just died.
Yup. That was brutal.
Megumi was always Sasuke
@@myronbourne6937 not really though. Megumi is not edgy nor does he go “rogue” or “evil”. He never becomes an anti-hero or a rival to Yuji. Nothing about Megumi screams “Vegeta” or “Sasuke” lol.
@JayEm1325 He's the heir to his extinct clan with its most powerful ability, plus he's brooding and emo.
@@myronbourne6937 Hes neither brooding nor emo. He IS very introverted but he has no quest for vengeance, he isnt an anti-hero nor is he a rival to the MC, which are the main things for Sasuke. If Sasuke had the same personality but didnt leave Konoha nor was he a rival to Naruto, would you say its the same Sasuke? Probably not.
Gege is the definition of "I do whatever I want". Idgaf what people say cuz I'm right, Gojo's death is the ballsiest thing a shonen mangaka has ever done and the ballsiest thing in general since the eclipse
Ong bro
Balls don't mean automatically that it's good. I wouldn't say the guy who jumped into a chimpanzee cage isn't brave but I would definitely judge his decision making
Jjk being predictable isn't a bad thing it means on average the community is invested in and understands the series.Jjk's main problem isn't predictability it's the way gege writes the chapters before these big predictable events to make them seem unique, basically gege writes superficial subversion only for the sake of subversion.
Best put
It means people make theories , and even so most are wrong 😂😂
If anything , its unpredictable
I mean when compared to a manga like aot then ya it's more predictable but still not that predictable. I mean the manga is about to end but I still doubtsif it's just gonna be Yuji punching the shit out of sukuna and the series ending. Sukuna might get stronger or reveal another form, the merger has still not happened...etc
sukuna might even win ☠️? Maybe ? That would be cool.
@@skeditz69 I think Sukuna will eat Yuji

It's all but impossible to write a story without a few tropes showing up, regardless of the genre. If people had genuine criticism of the story and its use of tropes, fine. But most don't. It's more that people complain it's not the story they wanted, then spout nonsense because of it. Either it's "predictable" or it's "full of a$$-pulls." Damn the "plot armor." Half will complain if Gojo comes back and the other half will complain if he doesn't. Good, bad, or in between, I want Gege's story.
If you know of Gege history he tended to write dark stories, too dark for Shounen taste. Imo I think JJK started light Shounen to get entry in Shueisha then once it gain traction Gege started to write as he wanted. It also helped others like CSM and HP were going on. So right now because JJK is doing amazingly well they are allowing Gege to do whatever he wants. If JJK had been failing during Culling Games then Shueisha would have had control definitely as dark stories have now been widely accepted.
Also ive seen bad endings in Seinen so if JJK does have a bad ending, that be a first for me in this Shounen genre.
This was our Jujutsu Kaisen
That's why gege is kind of fresh air. No matter how much we wanted the MC's power up to happen gege said "Nah, i'd make him weaker" he dictates the tempo.
For example Isayama aot's writer felt pressured to change the ending because the characters were loved.
Well that didnt age well
Episode one when Sukuna was introduced, i rolled my eyes and thought, "Great, him and this Yuji kid are gonna be bffs in a lil bit."
Damn was i wrong lol.
Kurama was wholesome though 😅...
But Yeah I expected the same.
I ultimately agree with you for jjk but I think it's important for the new fans of manga to acknowledge that editors/publichers do be influencing A LOT the mangaka
It was a breath of fresh air in the beginning and middle but now coming to the end of the story you can see how it’s going to end which is fine.
HE'S SEVEN????
MEI MEI IS DOING ALL THAT STUFF WITH HIM AND HE'S SEVEN YEARS OLD???!?
i thought them being siblings was bad enough i didn't know he was SEVEN YEARS OLD
Mei Mei rlly be preordering ui ui
My opinion is that it’s worse for Gege to have to come up with all sorts of plot devices to temporarily write characters out of the story(sealing/killing Gojo, Nobara?, Megumi isn’t really gone but he hasn’t been around for a while either) only to inevitably(and obviously) bring them back than it is to have to not have stakes at all and just never write them out to begin with. There’s only so many chapters to spend with these characters and I can’t help but feel like we’ll never see the pre-Shibuya S1 type of story again.
I do fear that my boy Yuji will not live due to Sukuna’s comment aboutbthe cycle if curses
gege is actually bringing back gojo right now... with flashbacks!
The only thing ive ever managed to predict is a cool way you could use simple domain using a binding vow
Decreasing its range so that you could suddenly expand its range at will
Wasnt even exactly what happened too
"Bring in the 7 year old..."
Mei Mei get outta here!!
Imagine having a teleportation technique and using it just to try to save your allies and being hate for that
If the months of everyone complaining about the story not going how they wished doesn’t prove that it isn’t predictable then idk what else will.
Predictable? Some theories came true, but in general people cant predict shit when it comes to jjk. Each week i see people takes about what is coming in the next chapter and those things never happen. An only exception would be sukuna fighting next opponents, but is it bad? Would it be better if he was just defeated easly by gojo or yuji in first try? It is a normal way of story telling and gege manages to incorporate many characters in the fight in line with the plan of the main cast.
I think Gojo is coming back but only after Sukuna is defeated and likely begins the merger. I also wonder if Megumi's CT will effect the merger since he now controls it and killing and merging together the Shikigami is a large part of the 10S.
I hope these fools who complain about the current JJK NEVER EVER get wat they want
🐐Akutami Sensei,you keep doing you👑
Anybody else hear the discord notification sound in the background 😭💀
I think it’s kind of crazy to say UiUi rescuing people means there’s no stakes. Like Sukuna isn’t even serious right now; if UiUi brings too many people back Sukuna will just get rid of him. Hell he almost did but then got interested in Miguel. Maybe he’ll get rid of UiUi when our king returns
Sukuna didn't think much of Ui Ui teleporting at first because he thought Shoko wouldn't be able to heal them, but you can show that he was growing more suspicious that something was going on the more people he teleported. That's why he said Ui Ui was getting "bothersome"
He didn’t almost kill UiUi but got interested in Miguel, Miguel just straight up stopped it from happening.
Its definitely a TOP A tier or low S tier for me bcz of its hype and insane fight scenes and gojo v sukuna will most probably bring it a bit higher . But that's pretty much it . Ofc it has all other elements of a shonen but none of them really upto the s tier level. Like if we talk about emotional impact, mystery, shock, terror, etc jjk provides all of it but never on the s tier level . (for me when I am saying s tier then its aot or BERSERK level anime/manga.)
aot s tier? i feel like aot and jjk hold a similar ranking below berserk tbh
@@CrazyGamer1541 yeah maybe for you that's your opinion 👍🏻. For me it's my fav.

Question? Can RCT heal clothes too?
Anime Logic
Same way Dio's healing regenerates his pants
@@cyrus8886 yep.
But injuries on Sukuna/Yuji's clothes have not disappeared, the hole on the back hasn't disappeared.
And when Sukuna got obliterated by an unlimited Hollow Purple, the clothes also died.
Counter-arguement. Gojo getting diced in Malevolent Shrine didn't make him shirtless.
Is Yuta coming back?
Smoothbrain question, ngl.
"That's ridicoulous" is a bad argument. Of course he talks to them and they might be like "hey, but we need this and that" or "we can't bring that in a shonen". But overall I agree with you - they don't steer it as a whole.
I am sure GeGe has the entire Shonen hostage, because if they were dictating it, Sukuna would have been dead by now and Yuji would be married to Yuko already
this ain’t a gojo video but please listen:
i never really thought about it but even tho i agree that gojo is gonna come back , i could see how the brain bleed overstrain stopped him from doing what he did with toji
they were both exhausted at that time but idk if they can be taken as the same kind of exhaustion
I can understand the Point people make about UiUi but Thing is, Sukuna did tried once to just kill him on the spot but he got saved my the 2 other dudes (frogot their name but the guys from the Movie) and imo thats what a Final Arc - Final boss should be.
Sukuna is what Madara should have been. Just stomp everyone, kill several People from the Main Cast and just exist for the sake of beeing Strong. But i also think that GeGes writing is kinda..meh. There are ALOT of things that we just never get answers or any Explanation to and they just kinda "happen" or somethings are just skipped or forgotten (Like the Training Arc before the Sukuna fight was like 2-3 Panels and Hikari is fighting Uraume for like 6-7 Months now)
When did this agenda start that Yuta is dead? Nothing about the story even hinted that he died at any point.
I feel like ever since Gojo’s death, people have done nothing but complain.
People saying the good guys will win because it is a shonen is hypocritical.... How many seinen have concluded with the bad guy winning? How many movies, tv shows, series have concluded with the bad guy winning? It happens everywhere
...who's gonna fucking telling him Gege didn't even plan for Sukuna originally? he's literally fucking confirmed it in a databook
Bad endings for the most part kinda suck I haven’t seen a full bad ending ever be well written for the most part there has been some
So bro thinks gojo, nobara and Megumi are all coming back and yujis dying with sukuna and the merger
Now isn't that predictable
Evangelion is a shonen 💀
I swr to God
Stories don’t have to make evil ending or kill off everyone to make a good story we mostly want to see the good guys win what makes the story good is how they get there. A good example of giving an evil or bad ending is with attack on titan. It’s last season was awful and many people agree with the sentiment since the good guys didn’t really win and it was not satisfying at all. So sure maybe we already know the good guys will win in the end but how will they win what will it cost them and what defeats will they have to overcome in the meantime. These are components that gege does right.
There's no winning, when the stakes are high and sukuna is dropping everyone, people complain, when the injured get tped away, people complain, you can't please the people!!!
I mean, jjk isn't especially dark. It doesn't really do anything much darker or newer in terms of concepts from a lot of other shonen. The main factor behind you thinking ita darker is because its not completed yet. You got the same feeling and vibe several times throughout naruto, etc
I think the argument of them saying “oh gojo is a cash cow he has to bring him back”
Like bro he was sealed near the start of the show and was released and killed RIGHT when he came back.
Also, it’s the end of the show. The can kill off whoever this show at this point everyone is free game
JJK is absolutely not the darkest shonen out there, considering that Attack on Titan was published in a shonen magazine. Also a reminder, "shonen" is not a manga genre, it's a just a demographic to which a manga magazine is targeted to.
If shonen jump had anything to say Gojo wouldn't have died in the first place let alone for almost a year now he's literally the character that makes the most money and is the most iconic to the series (what I mean by that even people who don't know JJK know who he is and he has a huge presence in anime meme culture)
Im waiting for the cursed corpse of everyone
Which Shonen Jump manga series is darker than Jujutsu Kaisen?
Chainsaw man just from the one's currently still running
HxH
@@cyrus8886yeah💀
Denji may not die, but holy shit💀💀
Many people have dropped there, especially *spoilers*
Power and Aki. The trio of main characters became just the main character in a matter of a few days...
Homie for all we know Ui Ui ain't even doin' shit. We literally don't know if it matters that they got the bodies tp'd out. Sure I suspect shoko is goin' nuts in the ER right now however not of that matters YET at the very least. Ui Ui could literally just be moving the bodies so Sukuna doesn't eat them or god forbid Kenjaku something or another. Shit that second one could still happen.
Like lol idk would y'all rather they just be lying out there confirmed dead? If so I mean sure I guess go off.
Wait Ui Ui is 7? Someone call Interpol. Mei Mei is a true menace.
Gojo is going to come back just because of the buddha he's based on. The last sign before true enlightenment is seeing your dead friends.
do people really think gojo is coming back??? Like people are actually convinced?
People dont get, gakuganji is gonna end up our new elder, gojo takes jagas place, okotsu and the rest ARE the new gojo, that all he wanted.
Instead of a spearhead he wanted a multitude of strong smart alies who can shape jj world together.
The story is literaly kenjakus f up plan, vs gojos life goal.
Did they really say JJK has no stakes lmao opm has no stakes
It's not even f*cking confirmed that Ui Ui is gonna bring someone back.
Yuta might come as Rika tied to him didn't dissapear+he didn't activate full connection, Gojo... there's some copium around, but it's much less likely. I think even if he does come back, it's to fight the great merger between Tengen and humanity. Six Eyes, Fate, and all that sh*t.
Higuruma is dead. 100%.
Nobara...as much as I am a coper, no. I don't think she is alive. Slowly, but surely, I coped with the loss, so to speak.
At the end of the series, after all battles are over, maybe. But I don't think she is alive, no. She would help to fight Sukuna if the last finger wasn't eaten and the little theory about Yuta obscuring the truth was true. Nobara could strike it, and damage *just* Sukuna and not Megumi, or close to that, the same way Yuji's punches do right now.
Even still, so many other characters died, MAKI'S FATE IS AGAIN IN A HANGING POSITION, two chapters ago we were seriously talking about Sukuna winning, stakes are not low by one bit. Hell, Yuki died. Yuki Tsukumo, a special grade.
...it may be tied to another issue, but he didn't have to kill her off. She could have survived, still.
Choso's arc could have ended there, actually. And it would not have been a happy ending for him.
NO
Ui Ui the strongest support in history
Shonen are mostly battle Manga. They can be predictable, but we know akutami sensei is unpredictable. Nobara is straight up maybe dead...... Who could have predicted that?
..i think whatever happened post maki everyone realised gege is fumbling the bag with female characters. So not much a surprise down the line but definitely during shibuya
if yuji doesnt die yes
Jjk definitely feels more seinen than shonen
King of Backshots makes it already not a cute show at all
Theres no breathe of fresh air about jjk unless sukuna wins..otherwise its no different from Naruto. Jiraiya died..neji died. Minato, itachi died. And Madara was the big bad until Kaguya
@enma8441
Nah gotta hard disagree. Being unique doesn’t = good.
If the villain being Sukuna wins then what’s the point of having followed the story all these years?
We were told who the good guys were, who our MC’s were. So reading along we were invested in them and how they were gonna get stronger and win.
So having Sukuna win just to do something “new” doesn’t make it good.
It would completely kill any future interest in the Manga. No one’s gonna want to wait around for the anime if they know all their favourites die and Sukuna just wins.
You compare it to Naruto and say it’ll be no different. Yet Ignore that Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi all survived.
Yet already in JJK Nobara ( a better Sakura) is dead and even if she is brought back has missed over half the story at this point.
Gojo is dead and is not guaranteed to come back.
Megumi has been the villains bitch for like forever and again isn’t guaranteed to survive and could end up turning evil if he is saved.
And there’s Yuji who from the start has been fighting with the knowledge that he’s probably gonna die. As it was part of the plan. And likely will still die.
You listed a bunch of side characters as if JJK hasn’t already killed a heap as well as dipped into its MC’s/fav faves.
Yuji, Megumi, Nobara and Gojo are the main 4. 2 are “dead” ones the villains bitch and generally wanted to die and the last is the MC who’s not guaranteed to live either.
Then there’s the Author who years ago said by the end of the series that either 1 of the main 4 will die or all but 1 of the main for will die.
Now it’s been years and he could have changed his mind since that was said. But so far 2 of 4 are dead, 1 wants to be dead and the other is the last 1 standing against the main antagonist.
It was never an pass pull
I do watch and like your videos however you have a tendency of using the phrase “I don’t think so” whenever you try to critique different POVs. So basically when at the end of it all and everything is as predictable as this video’s questions, what will be your reaction to that. Cos I’m sure you will try to make excuses for that.
So all I am trying to say is because u don’t think somethings will happen doesn’t mean shonen jump or gege does also. So u should always keep an open mind and not just disagree immediately when confronted with different POVs
Jjk is reverse shounen.
just dont bring GOJO back and everything will be fine

JJk could have been good but...
Damn people are miserable, instead of enjoying the story they are just bending backward to have something to complain about :D
