I am glad this has nostalgia but any condo conversion under 1200 sq feet WITH HOA is not worth it.
Hi thanks for watching and your comment! The HOA dues are relatively low for a condo complex that is guard gated, which is important to a lot of people these days, and the pool area is very resort feeling 🙂
The Meridian is a nightmare for delivery drivers. Guard gated, locked gates into building, hard to find elevators and long walking distances. If you live here, do every delivery person a favor and don't order anything for delivery.
