- In this video, I'm going to go over what to include in your Social Media Manager contract and why it's so important. Spoiler alert: If you are a Social Media Manager or a Virtual Assistant, you need to have a contract in place for every single client you work with.

Just starting out myself. I'm creating my system as I go while working with my first client and I couldn't be more appreciative for these tutorials. This has shaved several hours from my day, THANK YOU!
Your content is the TRUTH! I’ve had client issues especially about payment, which if only I saw this video earlier, could have been avoided if only I had a contract
Thank you for this info! I'm preparing my first contract, this was extremely helpful.
Your personality is so bomb and you provide top-tier info
Thank you soo much!! I appreciate you!

Thank you!!
Ok Sis I love you ❤️❤️❤️
🤍🥰🤍
Just what I needed to hear right now! Some clients will definitely try and stretch your terms, pay you less, and if there’s no contract how are you to hold them accountable?
Exactly! It was definitely a learning lesson for me. And the thing is, as you learn, you can always update your contracts.
Hi !! What If this is my very first client , I’m not financially stable to bring in a lawyer yet alone even sue if anything happens, but would love to make a contract to have agreement with both myself and the client. What would u advise for that ?? This video was helpful ! Thank you !!
Do we need a lawyer approval or lawyer signature for the contract to be valid and can be used in court?
hi i have a company that wants me to manage their social medias and film and edit TH-cam videos for them do i make one big contract for both or separate them?
i need to understand if our welcome packet and proposal the same thing? is the contract and proposal the same? What are the differences? whats included?
Two totally different things but let me create a video on this. Great question!
What platforms do you recommend creating your contract on? I was thinking to use honeybook because I could do everything I need there in 1 place
I use Dubsado but Honeybook works too. At a minimum, you want to be able to send your contract with your invoice all at once.
@@TheAgencyEdit are honey book and dubsado almost the same ? Whats the difference between the 2 ?
They are pretty similar but I do believe Dubsado has more advanced workflows. I give my students workflows, canned emails, and Dubsado templates they can just insert. I have had students use HoneyBook as well so it’s really just a preference for which Client Management System you want to use.
thoughts on pre-paid?
Hey! Pre-paid what?
@@TheAgencyEdit if I offered social media service pre-paid on a monthly basis, rather than post paid?
Gotcha! If it's a retainer service, you want to get pre-paid monthly. The only way you'd be paid per post is if it's part of an a la carte service you offer. Even then, you'd get paid before you create anything. If you haven't, check my video on SMM Services. I go over it in a bit more detail.
@@TheAgencyEdit What video are you referring to? What's the title?
