I couldn't wait to go buy one. I used an aluminum pie pan with a center hole cut. I covered the sharp edge in electrical tape. Same concept if you're in a pinch. I agree. It's a game changer for a mire uniform spiral. Love it.

Yes, I wash many shirts together. I get negative comments about wasting water… so periodically I mention I wash multiple shirts in case this is the first tutorial someone sees. I try to wash similar colored shirts together. I would wash a predominately white shirt with other stuff. That just makes sense. Make sure not to overfill the washer. As long as your projects can move freely and you rinsed very well, you can wash 6-8 shirts at one time. 😁❤️🌈

If I have white that I’m trying to keep white I will wash that item separately. Saturation is key. I used to feel upset if I saw white, now I’ve come to like it in some things. I had a few lighter colored (tan, cream, lavender, light grey, peach) t shirts that I started to dye cuz I ran out of white things. The ones I've done so far have turned out really neat. As always, tyfs. Your videos are inspiring and relaxing at the same time. Perfect company when I need some anti-stress 'me' time:)
I’ve only dyed white and black shirts. I could see the pastel shirts giving some neat effects because it would change the hue of the dye. I have a green shirt that has some bleach stains. I try to do similar colors together, but if they are rinsed well I wash up to 8 things at a time. If I’m trying to protect white I’ll wash those separately. I hope this helps. ❤️🌈

I have used zip ties before when I tie dyed a hoodie sweat shirt .. they worked great.
Zip ties work in some situations. I haven’t tried them on a spiral. I’m not sure how that would work out. 🤷♀️❤️🌈

I try to do similar colors together, but if they are rinsed well I wash up to 8 things at a time. If I’m trying to protect white I’ll wash those separately. I hope this helps. ❤️🌈
