I agree Kevin….bottom line…you better be a damn good results PT to make it on your own in ins/non ins basis. New grads are oozing ‘green’ and immaturity with results and confidence….you have to be a damn good PT with excellent listening and empathy skills to make it.

You do not have a to be great at marketing….no. But you do have to be willing to hire the right person who sets you up for meetings and more importantly you need to be dealing with the public directly more.
