This is absolutely amazing stuff!!! High value video!! I am a PT and I did not know I could charge Medicare part b in a patient home like an outpatient setting.

I really appreciate the wisdom and value that you provide on your channel! Do you offer coaching for clinicians who are planning to start their own practice?

Great content. How do you get your first patients when you start your clinic? Can you touch a little bit on marketing strategies that are effective these days... thanks again

Hello Tony, can you make a video about accepting private cases and if it is necessary to bill their insurance even though they are willing to pay cash. And if it is necessary to bill the insurance and how to bill them. Thank you

Thank you so much for you information, let me please ask you can you run a pt practice not being a PT like just a manager and investor in the state of Florida?, thanks in advance

Where did you get liability insurance for $150/year? HPSO gave me a quote for $950/yr.

I was also wondering if other insurance companies will pay for PT in a patient’s home?

Do you know of PT’s that start their private practice out of their homes? (ie in their home gym)

Yes, I know of several. The most important thing is to understand your local zoning laws.

I have always wondered how it is possible to build more then one clinic without it taking double amount of time (if seeing private paying patients primarily not insurance) im from UK.
As to build a caseload of 40-50 patients per week can take from what I understand 1-2 years.
Is the only logical way after building a caseload of that amount to start from the very beginning when opening up at different location or am i missing a trick surely?
In my head the only way was when hire someone for your caseload for you to locate your self in new clinic and take a big loss on rent for the year until the caseload builds at new location?

Will Medicare pay for physical therapy services in someone’s home if they are not home bound?

100% yes if it is Medicare part B outpatient in the home and if it is medically necessary.
