Ooh! When did you get the new Villeroy and Boch plates? I have some of them at home in the black/slate! I was tempted with them for one of our planes, but they were a bit too modern 🤣 Also, where did you cater from in Bahamas? We stayed at Bahah Mar and I had no choice but to use them for food, and I will say, they were an absolute disgrace. I put in a massive complaint when we landed back in Africa. I was NOT a happy bunny.

It would be really helpful to have some useful tips that we could use in case there are people on here who want to learn from what you are doing. Do you get an email or notification before your trip that the passengers on a certain trip have already ordered their catering or if they want you to and do they give you specific requests?
