I think this happens when they realize they are paying u too much then they sort of demonitize u so they don't have to pay you. It seems to me they don't have clear guidelines on their monetization. TH-cam is better.

You will have to produce TONS of content to get the views or already have a very large following and perhaps viral videos. And all these bonuses are INVITE ONLY even the challenges .. not everyone gets offered them. Yes you need to have a facebook page for reels. When u have your fb page, just start uploadong reels, no there is no need to apply, they will send u an invitation that's when u know you already in the program. I hope I answered your question.
