    This video with the technique helped me tremendously. I tried it out right after watching it and it helped me crush one of my most hypnotising beliefs (I’ll never be good enough in my work). I’m so thankful for the demonstration.

    Another great demo, Richard and Kevin! 3 questions to ask: What are the errors in this thought? How does this thought hurt you? What do you imagine are the negative consequences if you continue to tell yourself this thought? Never seen it laid out this way before. Brilliant!
