Learning to find alternatives or synonyms of is very useful in both writing and speaking sine overusing a word could get people being tired of your contents very quickly. Again. 大家有没有想过为什么母语为中文的人经常会在说英文的时候滥用very？
那是因为受到了母语中文的影响。
在中文当中，我们会经常用“很”字，但是其实其中很多时候“很”/"非常"其实并不是完全用来表示very这个实义，而是有很大一部分作为一个填充/分割的功能词。
几个例子：
“他很高。”
“你头发非常臭。”
“他很生气。”
我们试着去掉“很”/“非常”
“他高。”
“你头发臭。”
“他生气。”
我们不会这样说话吧。
因为一系列原因，其中主要是因为中文没有英文当中的be动词，所以
“他高。”
“你头发臭。”
“他生气。”
这些说法，明显不符合现代汉语的常见使用方法
我们必须要在主语（他、你）和后面的谓语（生气）或者那个相当于英语表语的形容词（臭/高）中间或者其他地方加点什么
比如
“他挺高的”
“你头发有点臭”
“他生气了”
而加上去的这些东西，以“很”，“非常”为典型，有时候就只是起到填充、分割作用，让句子符合常见表达，
比如你说“他很高”，有时候他并没有真的“很”高，只是你不说那个“很”字，这个句子就变成了“他高”这样的笨拙而不良的句子。
但是你记住英语当中有一个东西叫做be动词
所以把你想说的“他很高”翻译成英语，如果他没有195以上的话，完全可以是“He is tall.”
“他非常有钱”--按照老师说的loaded这个词确实很好，但是也可以简单地说“He is rich.“
简单地说”很“或者”非常“翻译成英语的时候，可以变成be动词，
或者说英文的语法比中文更加structured，你用英文表达的时候只要符合英文的主系表结构，比如”Jane is hungry.“ 这个句子就基本没有问题，”very“没有必要来插一脚
